It's because of the staff here, I've been able to throw away my pandemic leggings and reintroduce denim into my life. I love how wearable every item is, going from casual to dressy and can be worn for multiple occassions. Perfect for a work from home mama like me. Their accessory section is top notch -- I own several earrings, necklaces, and belts that have held up (and even get better!) over the years. I pick up a pair of sandals and sneakers every season and have found that their selection is comfortable and stylish as well. If you want to ask me what I'm wearing, it's Madewell.

This is a nice Anthropologie store to check out while in the area. Would not accept return of an obviously defective product…read more I bought a black velvet dress to wear to a formal event. I had to pay cash, as this store does not take credit cards for purchases under $50. The dress was on sale and marked "final sale," so I threw away the receipt. The night of the event, after putting it on and fiddling with it a bit, I found that my fingers and fingernails were covered with blackish, purplish dye, which had rubbed off from the dress. I couldn't wash it off with soap and water, and had to use nail polish remover (and ruin my manicure) to get it off. I had to wear something else. I took the dress back to the store the next day with the tag. The salesperson called her manager to see what to do. The manager hung up on her, then she told me they would not take it back. She said I could come in tomorrow (again) when the manager would be there, but that the sale was final. A final sale of an unwearable dress seems like a big-time consumer fraud to me. I guess the $40 means more to them than their reputation. Needless to say, I will not shop there again.

The atmosphere was especially lively with the World Cup going on--we could hear people cheering from some of the restaurants, which made it even more fun. Great food, shopping, and energy all in one place. Definitely a spot we'd enjoy visiting again!

What a great store and location! The staff was overly ecstatic when I walked in (probably because there was no one else in the store) but were very warm and friendly. I received such great attention in the fitting rooms and the two girls working were suggesting the cutest outfits for me to try. I was very disappointed that this location didnt have men's because I am always looking for new stuff for my husband! Why doesnt this have a men's section?! I am definitely coming back when the weather is warmer and bringing my daughters with me! read more

They chatted for about 20 minutes , she clearly saw me waiting in line and when she was done helping the customer she walked with her and never came back. I asked the other associates for assistance and they all said wait for the other associate helping a lady who had a bagful of returns. There were probably 2 other customers just looking around the store , so it was not busy. The associates were walking around, one was supposedly folding a shirt who when asked pointed at the other associate helping with the returns and then went and disappeared. My experience with Talbots at the other locations here and other states have been pleasant. Staff has always been helpful and polite. I have been a Talbots customer for almost 30 years and today's experience was indeed an EXPERIENCE so uncharasteristic of Talbots. I left the store without returning the merchandise and the associate who walked away was at the entrance fiddling with her tablet! SERVICE indeed. The attitude of the associates provoked me to write a less than positive review, my first negative review of a store. The other only review I wrote about a business was a very positive review.
