Today was my first time going to an urban outfitters and I'm happy to say I had a pleasant experience :) the girls that work there are total sweethearts and cuties I was helped by Amanda and she was so friendly and kind and helped me with everything. The ambiance of the store is also very nice with it being very clean and organized, and also had a wide selection of various types of items, I would say the clothing is a bit more on the expensive side but the quality of the clothing seems nice! read more

This Urban Outfitters is the closest near me so I can't complain too much about it. You come and get what you want and it's really it. It's a tad expensive but it's just too cute to not buy! Sale section is a bit messy but if you dig around, you'll find something you'll like! :) Parking around here sucks so always go to the 90 minute free structure, park, and then walk over here. Otherwise, you'll have to find street parking or park at a lot that isn't free. read more

I love this Urban Outfitters! By far one of the biggest and most organized Urban Outfitters I've been to- it's so spacious. The make up section is pretty clean as well. What I really like about this particular store is the layout of the store. A huge plus that they're always stocked on everything for basically all sizes! I always have to drive to this location from other Urban stores because they always have my size (XS and S). Urban is very trendy and has great quality clothing- always a plus. Urban Outfitters - Pura Vida - Men's Clothing Near Me - Pasadena, California

I was racially profiled at this UO. I bought several things and as I was leaving there was one thing I forgot but it was upstairs. So I went upstairs to get it, and then looked at my phone, saw I was getting short on time and there was already a line, so I left the item there and went downstairs to walk out. As I walked out, the alarm went off. I stopped and turned around and a man came literally RUNNING towards me. He asked to check my bag which I was fine with because I understood it could be suspicious and I thought he would be quick and professional. I was wrong. He takes out my receipt and lays it on the front table and proceeds to painstakingly go through each and every item in my bag. Patting the items down, going through pockets, taking the shoes out the box and even turning each shoe upside down to see if anything was in it. With each item he carefully and slowly checked the full SKU number in the receipt. At this point a crowd was forming behind me and a little kid was literally pointing and telling his mom. It was completely embarrassing and uncalled for. I worked retail and know you can check the last 4 of the SKU to verify and most importantly you are not to make the customer feel like a criminal. This man did the exact opposite. The worst part is when he didn't find anything wrong, he repeated this whole process over again. Standing right at the very front of the store embarrassing me in front of everyone. Disgusting behavior. read more

I've shopped here at the Pasadena store for many years. But I have to say that for the last 2 years, this is really the only Urban Outfitters store I don't like. Some of the sales staff are very nice but the store managers here are just awful -- full of attitude and unhelpful, almost like they don't like the customers. Not what you'd expect from a UO store. It just ruins the shopping experience for me. Also, the store used to be well-stocked, neat and easy to navigate. It isn't anymore. I don't know what it is about this location that they can't seem to hire good managers. One star for the workers who are sweet & helpful (I don't want to lump them in with the sour ones) but... go to Studio City or Glendale UO instead. I do not recommend this location. read more

Walked in today to pick up my curb side item. Their store hours on the website said they're open till 7pm but because of the protests and covid i called to make sure they were open till then. HOWEVER, when i called the girl told me to just come before 3pm cause they might close early. I get there around 2:15pm and right when i walk in the girl tells me they're closed. So i told her I'm just picking something up and they told me anytime before 3 is fine... and then she told me "okay you can quickly get your things at the front." And then as i was leaving she just looked at me and didn't even say bye or anything. Right when i walked out she locked the doors up. LOL she was folding clothes in the front when i walked in around 2:15. I get that you guys are closing up but please don't give me the unnecessary attitude when you guys told me you're closing at 3... smh read more

This is your typical Urban Outfitters location with a whole bunch of mess everywhere you go and hard to find anything in here. However, I have to credit this store with some organizational ability as their sales are only confined to one section and are not all on hard to reach, high racks that you can barely see anything off of. Granted they really had nothing good in the store here, but they had plenty of cool stuff on sale outside in the home decor area. The register only consists of three lines so it might get crowded on some days when there's a big sale and I can only imagine what Black Friday would be like, but otherwise it holds most of the things you'd normally find. One complaint is that they lack typically XS and S sizes. read more

I really, really, really dig most of the clothing and accessories in here. Yes, it is hipster ground zero, and may be blamed for actually creating and sustaining a entire legion of hipsters. Its like their WalMart, really. Toys, shoes, jewelry, clothing, even some home decor items, but the thing is, its hecka expensive. And, some of the styles looked more likely to be seen on an Afghan tribal elder than an American in Passadena. Lots of fringey scarves, woven fabrics, droopy crotch pantaloons. (I don't get the droopy crotch pants-- I just can't imagine who(m) they might flatter. Except maybe said Afghan tribesman-- he'd rock 'em for sure.) I spied several items I would have liked to have in my possession, like right this minute. A heavy Big Lebowski cardigan, a lovely flowered scarf, a large, roomy soft-as-buttah leather satchel, some nicely scented candles, and oh, yeah, that Crosley LP-player. Liked those. This one didn't seem to have the vast selection of pun-ny gifts they other location have, or maybe it was thin just due to the after-Christmas aftermath- dunno. I am patiently going to wait until my Lebowski sweater is marked down-- maybe in a couple weeks I will venture back and check it out. The did have a multitude of nice cozy sweaters just waiting for a discount back there. (Right now the sweaters are 30% off, and the clearance stuff was 50% off-- sadly still not cheep enough for me) read more

Anytime I'm in Old Town Pasadena, I make it a point to go in. It's got some really random, ridiculous, overpriced, unnecessary...But-I'm-Going-To-Buy-It-Anyway items in here. Where else will you find a bunch of vinyls, clothing, make-up, converse, novelty books, flasks, bandages, accessories, etc. (AND THEY ARE ALL HIP, TRENDY and MODERN) all in one fun place??? Not talking about the 99 Cents/Dollar Tree here (not hating either)! I normally don't buy clothes here unless I find it in the Sale section. Urban...oh Urban... i remember when i first went into the store, i thought to myself...wow this is like homeless fashion. some of the clothing they have are so "foofy" and meant for douches named "Spencer", "Bryce", or some other douchey name. BUT, once in a while, i will find a nice shirt or jacket at Urban. Shopping here is good because you tend to find obscure brand names that aren't too popular and in doing so, you're almost guaranteed that you're not gonna be caught wearing the same shirt as someone walking down the street. though this wouldn't be my regular place to shop for stuff, it's a good place to pop in now and then to look for new and unique clothing. read more

My friend and I went here to buy a gift for her boyfriend. We were having trouble deciding what to get so we kept going back and forward upstairs. We noticed the chubby girl upstairs was eyeing while we were deciding between what hoodie to get. It felt strange because there were other people but she kept looking at us. Eventually we went to another store to try to find something and we couldn't find anything so we went back. This time it was a guy upstairs. Same thing happen we were indecisive and were going back and forward with what to get. When we finally decided what to buy, we were about to check out but then my friend saw a dress she wanted me to try on. So I go to try on the dress and a romper I was eyeing. Everything was normal, they counted my items and I tried the stuff on. After I exit the fitting room the guy tries to take my stuff from me. I politely said no and just handed him the dress but took the romper. My friend and I finally go to check out. I go first and my friend's behind me. I hear the checkout girl go, "Yeah, she's here." I was confused who they were talking about but let it slide. She signed me up and I was in the process of paying. She hears something on her communication device and says, "Yeah, she's paying." I'm not sure what I did to be profiled at Urban Outfitter's but, okay. She said it so loud that my friend who was like 2 feet away could hear her. I knew it was the guy that talked about me because a few moments later the guy comes and stands next to the girl while I'm in the middle of paying. I don't see a problem with me and my friend shopping around to find something we liked so I don't understand why we were targeted. If you're going to talk about customers, try not to be so loud. read more

Although it offers a solid selection to shop from, there is something missing at this particular location... Customer Service. You will have a better luck finding a perfect stranger to play hide-and-seek with you in front of the store, then to find a staff inside the store unless they are behind the counter. Hmmm... I love Urban Outfitters brand and this is a great location. I always go to the sales section first because I usually don't have money for their full price items. The sale section is messy sometimes but they always have a lot of great deals and I don't mind rummaging a little to find them! Two days ago I went there and got three nice shirts, a belt, and a mug for $50. Most of my favorite clothes are from this urban location. I would love to buy everything in the store but I can't afford it, so I love when they have sales so I can add fashionable, good quality items to my closet. The associates are nice and they ask if I need help but they never are pushy or annoying. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they only had high rise pants when I went in and I am not interested in that style. However, I usually buy their tops and shoes anyway. You can park in the garage on Delacey, south of Colorado, and it's free for 90 minutes. I definitely recommend this brand and this location. read more

I love shopping at this Urban. Its styles and often and continuous restocking and changing out of what they sell keep me coming back again and again. The sales sections are pretty decent and I especially love the bags they sell... I've purchased a woman's bag as well as a unisex backpack from the men's section that was on sale. People keep complaining about how expensive this place is, but what other clothing store carries their eclectic cool L.A. grudge, hipster street wear styles? I've also had mostly positive experiences with the customer service at the dressing room and at checkout. Keep the good vibes and styles coming, Urban! read more

I was waiting for a staff that can help me grab a right size shoes, but there is literally no one there to help. I was looking for someone to help for about 15min holding the sample shoe, and end up walk straight out of the store. It was the second time I went there and the first time was the same. The customer service has always been friendly and helpful in my experiences. I also like their range of stock. This stock usually always has what i am looking for. The outlook of the store changed a little bit, the mens section is on the 2nd floor and along the stairs (t-shirts) and girls are both on the 1st and 2nd floor. Home items are on the 2nd floor and music and jewelry are on the 1st floor. Fitting room is on the 2nd floor. There is street parking but most of the time you can get free parking in the lots nearby. read more

I would never seriously drop any money at this store due to the fact that everything is just ridiculously overpriced and overly trendy....but I do like coming here to just check out the clothes or the other fun stuff they sell, or the outrageous graphic tees displayed on the wall. I don't know about the womens' section, but the sale or clearance items in the mens' section isn't even worth looking through unless you're a petite anorexic emo guy which is pretty much what a lot of these clothes are designed for. Urban Outfitters aka clothes from the cast of MTV's TRL.. This UO is at a pretty nice location in Downtown Old Town. It's one of the biggest stores compared to the Burbank and Simi Valley location. But it's pretty much all the same. Don't get me wrong, I stop by once in awhile and check out stuff here and there, but the old me who use to spend $60 on a plain t-shirt is long gone. I have noticed though and even told by friends who work at other UO location that the service here blows. In which I have to agree. I've gotten a couple of snobby service from here. Selection for Men is not too bad, but of course it never compares to the selection the Women have. I'd rather shop at American Apparel.. But when it comes to UO, if I want to see a bunch of malnourished and pale teenagers, I'd go to sweat shop. read more

I had seen that they sell cheapie ones at Urb, so I thought cool, no prob. $80 bucks. I just want to hear my fucking four records I have, and possibly buy more. As the guy is ringing me up, I have the absolute GALL to naively ask, stupid George G., "Um, I've never had to buy a record player before. Does this one come with a needle, or do I have to get that separate someplace else?" The classy fellow tells me "Uh, yeah, i'm pretty sure that since its a RECORD PLAYER it comes with a needle automatically." Man, whatever. Excuse the hell out of me. One of the perks of losing 40 lbs. is that I can now shop at places like Urban Outfitters. Before, I'd almost never set foot in UO simply because I couldn't fit into their clothes. I only went in there to buy accessories for myself or gifts for friends. Just recently, my cousin and I were in Old Town walking around and we passed by UO, which happens to be one of her favorite stores. So we walk in and she disappears right away. While I went searching for her, I saw a pair of retro Jordache jeans and thought, could I fit in those? So I grabbed three pairs - waist sizes 26, 27 and 28 - and went into a dressing room. All three were too big. I was like, no way. I go back out and get a size 25...it was perfect! I was so elated that on the way to the cashier, I also took two halter tops to go with my new jeans. Urban Outfitters really is on the pricey side, but they have very cute items for men, women and home...suitable for an occassional splurge. So if I feel the urge to splurge, this would be one of the stores to do it at! read more

I'm only a fan in the sense of they'll occasionally get some limited edition clothing items. I don't care for the clothing, even though I have some nice shirts from them. I'm talking about shoes! I bought a pair of Pumas, that I've yet to see anywhere; including Zappos, and those fools have everything! My Pumas are pretty worn out, but I still have them to remind me how cool they are. I hope they get reintroduced to the public again, I was never able to get me a replacement pair. In that sense, Urban Outfitters succeeded. read more

What a terrible idea to go to Old Town Pasadena today. Traffic was terrible and it was crowded. I love this store though. It is significantly larger (with an upstairs level) compared to other UO stores. If you really want to shop here. Come early or expect to park far and walk. I don't know why but I'm a big fan of the BDG jeans. Awwww one of my favorite places to shop! I have gotten some of the best deals on clothes and accessories here. It is amazing how many different types of clothing you find at Urban Outfitters. The best thing about this place is that they ALWAYS have a big sale section in the back corner. And the stuff isn't the crappy leftovers...its good shit! As any Urban Outfitters, this one gets zoooed so go on the weekdays. Beware: one can go crazy at this place with the sale section. I once spent a ton of money and couldn't believe what I bought.
