I find their pricing to be very reasonable, they have a wide range of styles and price points, and because they're always buying they always have new things to see! They are very clear about their selling process - you drop off your items and they reach out within a few days with your total and you can choose cash or credit. You have to fill out a form that clearly states their policies, so as long as you read that there will be no surprises. If you have any questions, the staff is so happy to answer them for you. I've had questions about why things haven't sold or why they were priced the way they were and I have never been unsatisfied by their answers. I like other consignment/resale shops, too, but I think the Left Bank has the best customer service, the best selling policies, the best selection, the best prices in all of LA. Oh! They have a great instagram, too! It's awesome if you aren't local or aren't able to make it to the physical shop as often as you'd like.

They also happened to have a great jewelry sale, and I browsed through the earrings --- ended up purchasing a fantastic pair of earrings and also a bracelet, both gifts. They were 20 percent off! Interior ambience was cheerful and welcoming, and service was great. I was so happy with my purchases---great finds, excellent value. Highly recommended, and I am looking forward to going back again. You can also sign up for their email list, which will keep you updated on sales. Street parking, which was easy to find.

We couldn't figure out how items were organized. Each rack had a mix of different styles, brands and sizes with a few showing varying percentages off. Pricing was also inconsistent. But since we enjoy a good hunt, we just started digging into the racks. The husband was first to find a vintage Van Halen concert t-shirt. I then spotted a Farm Rio (NWT) shirtdress. Both were very reasonably priced. At the register, it was explained how the store is organized and the options sellers have in pricing -- then it all made sense! What a smart concept! Super friendly people. Clean, organized and overall well-priced. The nicely curated items are in good to excellent pre-loved condition. During our visit we saw a staff member steam cleaning clothing that had been tried on before returning them to the rack -- love that! Dresscue is now a must visit when we're in Atwater!

Some items were reasonably priced others were on the high end. However, you will find some deals that are 10% or 15% off. I happened to spot one rack where 100% of the proceeds were donated to Dogs Without Borders, which I think is fantastic. If I'm in the area again I'll stop by to see what is new.

My friend bought an Elvis collectible figurine still packaged for a great deal. Handbags are behind the register. Saw a lot of Coach and Dooney & Burkes. Small but colorful clothing section for costumes or daily wear. They get new items twice a week. Wish I lived closer, as I could add to my tea pot collection but there is a second location near Highland Park.

The dressing room is glamorous, loved the atmosphere/ambience while slipping into every gown, dress & especially the gorgeous Chloe slip dress... beautiful! Large mirror as well, which was helpful! Customer Service: The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the two girls that work there! They were genuinely friendly & easy-going! They immediately asked if I was searching for something in particular! Once I told them about the theme of the upcoming event, they immediately pulled gowns of different styles for me, and started my dressing room! Their excitement & enthusiasm to help try to find the best gown/dress added to my enthusiasm as well! Hahaha! It was a super fun experience! Vibe: Exploring this vintage shop was like stepping inside the closet of a glamorous socialite, as every dress & item spoke of fabulous stories from the past and present... loved the feeling! She's been really condescending on other visits too, like asking me to leave when I'd have my phone out sometimes when I'd come by, not even when I'm on the phone. I don't know what her problem is but definitely won't be back anytime soon. Really disappointing cause there's a lot of cool stuff in there but her attitude really ruins the experience. If you're looking for a good thrift store experience in the area the Out of the Closet a few blocks up is a lot better.
