I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. Thinking it was a oil change issue as they claimed "oh it was in great shape we even replaced parts and put new tires on it before the sale" we put it off for two days. It never stopped blowing smoke and we had check engine lights including the oil symbol blaring on the dash. It used a quart of oil on before the second day was over. That continued and now its in the shop. With a bad oil pump and other issues to the tune of $7,000 dollars. And we have not even had the title transfered yet.
