I drove down there, met the owner Bobby- great guy. I drove the car liked it a lot, it was about $1000 cheaper than KBB value. He explained that the price is final, there is no going back and forth 10 times or the other crap dealerships do. I agreed and proceeded with the transaction. 4 days later one of the well know problems with those vehicles showed up-Cooling system performance-very common for that make and model. I called Bobby and Gary-the chief mechanic there. They told me get the two sensors and the thermostat from VW and bring the car. The parts were cheap-total of 120, for the repair VW quoted me $500. I brought the car back to the Bobby. They worked on it very hard, even they had to buy special tooling, because those car are awful to work on. The parts were replaced, the problem solved and I passed inspection. The whole time Bobby was keeping in touch making sure I was satisfied. I didn't give my name but a phone arrival I spent 10 minutes inside the dealership looking at one vehicle and no one came out to greet me and asked me if I wanted to know more information about it. A tow truck from mastria towing pulled up with a vehicle on the back to drop it off as he sat in his flatbed no one came out to greet him as well. I got frustrated and decided to leave without going inside asking anybody any questions about the vehicle as I was not greeted in the proper way dealerships should always greet people as they pull up on their lot. I already had an issue with dealing with mom and pops dealerships because of a bad experience but decided I was going to give this one a particular chance. GLAD I DIDN'T. After looking at the reviews for this dealership I'm pretty sure I definitely will not return to the dealership for this vehicle as I was very interested in it.
