    Puppies skin from severe fleas.
    Alex K.

This place is terrible do not bring your puppy here! I have a maltipoo and I brought her in to get her 2nd round shots and a checkup. I wanted them to check her for fleas because she was scratching and I had just purchased her. After a very long wait they told me I would be charged $50 on top of the 2nd shot medication price for an initial check up. After "checking" her they told me that her fur is long and therefor they didn't see anything. Less than a week later my poor puppy has been scratching like crazy and certain spots on her skin is raw from scratching so bad. I went in to get her 3rd round of shots and told the vet that she has fleas and I need them to be treated. When I went to her appointment they told me they had to charge another $50 to check if she had fleas! I refused to pay because I had already paid this fee and they did nothing. They told me they would charge $27 instead. After looking at her they found a ton of fleas and ended up charging me $170 for 3rd round shots and some kind of flea medication. On top of this they didn't even have the medication in stock that she needed! This could have all been avoided if the vet had done his job right the first time I brought her in and actually inspected my puppy for these nasty critters. Now she is suffering and my family and I are left with an infested puppy and possible infested house. My family has been going here for years and I cannot believe the treatment we received from this vet. Smh. We will be finding a new vet ASAP. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMAL SERIOUSLY, ITS SAD.

This is the rope our dog swallowed and was NOT detected in this doctors X-rays. Go to Imperial Animal Hospital for better care & experience

DO NOT bring your animal here to have x-rays. My family and I recently had a horrible experience here. We brought our 5yr old dog in because he was not eating and not having bowel movements. X-rays were taken and reviewed in house and the Dr said he didn't know what was wrong and gave us antibiotics as his white blood cell count was high. Our dog was sent home and continued to get worse. We called in and they told us to keep giving the antibiotics. We took him to Imperial Animal Hospital for a second opinion. They used THE SAME X-RAYS that the first vet took and noticed an obstruction in his intestines. They recommended he have a test done so they can see where the blockage was at. They found the spot and recommended surgery after he was not able to pass whatever was in him. Sure enough, he swallowed something he couldn't pass...A TOY ROPE! (Picture attached) Dr said his esophagus was really large which is why he was able to swallow something so large. Our dog was in recovery for three days before passing away. The Dr said, had this been treated sooner he could have had a better chance of surviving but since that was in his intestines for so long and he hadn't had a bowel movement in over a week it destroyed his insides. HAD THIS DR KNOWN HOW TO READ HIS X-RAYS AND HAD THE KNOWLEDGE, we are all certain that our 5yr old dog would still be alive!

This is the best place in Southern California to take your babies! Dr. Stu is the best! He is so kind, honest, and professional. The entire staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I've been to multiple vets in Orange County area and none of them compare. They even gave us a follow up call a few days after our visit to make sure our baby was doing well. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. We won't be going anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Stu!!!

If it was possible to give this place a hundred stars I would. I highly recommend Yesterday was one of the most stressful days of my life. My female frenchie (Gucci) was in labor and I didn't know she was pregnant. I took her to Southeast Pet Hospital, who is my regular vet. After an X-ray Dr. Kaustubh Bhalerao confirmed she was pregnant with 3 puppies and needed an emergency C -section. They typically can perform a C - section there but because of the number of surgeries previously scheduled they were unable to perform one at that time, As I sat in my car frantically calling local emergency pet hospitals they recommended to see if they could take her. The doctor comes out and tells me she had 1 puppy naturally. My heart sank, I didn't Know what to do. It's one of those moments where you freeze and you don't know what to do. The doctor must have seen the confusion in my face and he offered for me to go inside and see my Gucci and her baby. Words can't explain how grateful I am to the Dr. and his staff. They were all extremely busy and still took the time to explain what was happening. They truly do care about the animals they treat. I was extremely stressed and was panicking and they made me feel comfortable and even offered me a chair so I could be next to my baby. I know this isn't a typical situation but the way they treated Me made a huge impact on me, I can't thank them enough. Jorge, Julie, Emilie and Dr. Kaustubh Bhalerao, you truly are every day hero's. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

He stayed from Friday through Monday, and my friend picked him up for me. I was really nervous about leaving him because you always hear horror stories on TikTok and the news about animals being mistreated. I am so happy to say that Zoomies was amazing. They took great care of my dog, and he was so happy when he came home. My dog is very, very shy, and the staff went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. That meant a lot to me. I will definitely be using them again in the future, and I now feel confident leaving my fur baby with them, even for longer vacations. I also want to mention how clean the facility is. When you walk in, you do not smell urine at all. I know accidents happen with dogs, but it is clear they take pride in keeping everything clean and quickly cleaning up any messes. Seeing how clean and well cared for the facility was gave me so much peace of mind. I truly felt that my dog was in a safe, clean, and loving environment. One last thing. The name Zoomies is actually what first caught my attention. It is such a cute and perfect name for a dog daycare. I am so glad I trusted them with my pup because they completely lived up to the name.

She's settled back into our household beautifully, and her training has been going incredibly well. We practice her commands every day, and she's noticeably calmer, more responsive, and an absolute joy to take on walks. Overall, the time she spent away was well worth it. She came home with a solid foundation, and we've gained the knowledge and tools to continue reinforcing her training. We'll definitely be sending her back for boarding and refresher training while we're abroad later this year because we couldn't trust Juan and his team more. Juan has also been excellent with communication, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide guidance. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for quality dog training.

From day one, Juan provided exceptional customer service. He was never pushy, took the time to explain the training process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always easy to reach whenever I needed him. I ultimately chose the 5-week off-leash obedience program. As difficult as it was to leave my puppy for that long, it was absolutely worth it. My dog came home calmer, more confident, and with a much better understanding of commands such as stay, down, place, come, yes, and no. She listens significantly better and is clearly more focused and well-mannered. Oh and let me not forgot to mention she is now crate trained and potty trained. She now sleeps comfortably in her crate and understands that potty time happens outside. The facility itself is beautiful, private, and extremely clean. I also want to give a special shoutout to Dom for the incredible care and dedication he showed my dog during her stay. I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!
