From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away, and the wait time was very short. The office has two sides -- a pediatric and an adult area -- both connected and extremely clean. The dental assistant and dentist were very kind and professional. I really appreciated that they didn't try to push any unnecessary treatments. The dentist took her time to explain everything clearly to my daughter about her upcoming process and made her feel very comfortable. Now, why would they schedule a family of 4 at 11:30am?? Knowing I have a 6 & 7 year old, the possibly of that age group having cavities is high. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable and let us know what to expect before the doctor came in. Dr. Colon was able to calm a two year old down and had him relaxed and cooperating throughout the visit. While they don't have the largest lobby, the back of the office where the hygienists and dentist actually work is very large and spacious, with several rooms for patients - which is probably what matters most. Unfortunately, AFTER receiving the service and on the way out we were billed $212 instead of 100% coverage for in network preventative services. When I called and asked about the same day, I was told "we aren't in anyone's network." So, now there is a $75 deductible for each of my two children and only 60% coverage instead of no deductible and 100% coverage on a $500+ bill. All of it would've been prevented if they told the truth up front. Bottom line is they are friendly, but they have no problem deceiving you and getting to your wallet. Don't walk away, run!
