I waited in the room, and he came back to explain that I had a lot more issues and recalls and he said it would take longer. I said I didn't have time to wait, and I would make another appointment. He took the time to explain what was happening and said to ask for him when I returned, and they also have a van that can take me to and from if needed. Millenia and Oliver helped me find a very suitable enclosed delivery truck for the shipment of my vehicle too. He was very open, direct, honest, and truthful about everything about the vehicle too.
