Review for Dodge of Dade City…read more I am beyond disappointed with Dodge of Dade City. From day one, this dealership has been unprofessional, dismissive, and careless with my brand-new vehicle. My 2025 Dodge Charger EV was purchased with only 53 miles on it and currently has approximately 800 miles total. Despite barely being driven, the vehicle is already experiencing major electrical issues. Rather than taking these concerns seriously, their team repeatedly minimizes the problems, claims the behavior is "normal," and implies the issues are my fault. I was even told that if I bring the car back and they "find nothing," I would be responsible for paying for my own rental vehicle -- despite ongoing documented issues. The level of care for customer vehicles is unacceptable. The car was returned to me with underbody and steering components left unscrewed and hanging, and when I pointed this out, I was told "that's how it comes," which is completely false and unsafe. They also failed to protect the interior of my car from dirt and muddy shoes during service. They allowed my vehicle to sit in their lot during rain, resulting in water intrusion into the vehicle and potential electrical exposure -- and then attempted to blame me for the resulting issues. This is especially concerning for an EV. They also refused to honor a tint repair by falsely claiming the tint was aftermarket, even though the car was purchased brand new with only 53 miles on it and the tint was installed by Dodge prior to delivery. At one point, they brought out a technician who claimed to "have the same car," yet he did not even realize the Charger was electric when I arrived. He then proceeded to dismiss my issues and deflect responsibility instead of properly diagnosing the problems. When I requested to speak with the General Manager, I was refused and instead sent a shop manager who was dismissive, unprofessional in appearance, and told me there was nothing they would do for me and that I should leave. This is not how customers should ever be treated -- especially when dealing with major warranty and safety concerns. This is now my third attempt to resolve issues with this dealership, and each visit has made things worse. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and technical competency is alarming. Dodge of Dade City needs new ownership, new leadership, and an entirely new service culture. I will be escalating this experience to Dodge corporate, as no customer should be treated this way -- especially when dealing with a nearly brand-new vehicle with legitimate defects. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Exceptional Experience at West Shore Honda…read more I can't say enough great things about West Shore Honda and the incredible team that helped me. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, respectful, and truly above and beyond. Isaac Soto was outstanding--knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Chris Weiss was equally impressive, professional, and supportive, ensuring the process stayed seamless and stress-free. It's clear he cares deeply about customer satisfaction and team excellence. And a huge thank-you to our GSM, Alex Vargas, whose leadership truly shows. The culture he's built is one of integrity, transparency, and respect--something you don't find everywhere. It made all the difference. This team works together like a well-oiled machine, and it shows. If you're looking for honesty, professionalism, and a dealership that actually values its customers, West Shore Honda is the place to go. I highly recommend them and will absolutely return in the future.

This dealership operates with a level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism that warrants a warning…read more I manage everything online because my time is valuable, and I don't have the patience for dealership games. I asked for an out‑the‑door price with every fee and tax listed. The very first red flag was that they didn't even list the correct vehicle price on the invoice; they added an extra $250 over the website price. I pointed it out, but they corrected nothing. Since the numbers were close to what I expected, I agreed to come in for a test drive. When I arrived, I had a different salesperson than the one I had been emailing. The one I was emailing was not working. I reminded the new salesperson again that the price on the invoice was wrong, but I said we could sort it out after the test drive. I'm a cash buyer, and I came prepared with an auto‑draft check and cash to cover the difference. That's when the classic bait‑and‑switch routine kicked in, something that should be illegal. After the test drive, the salesperson "corrected" the invoice, only to return with a higher price after adding a $2,999 "protection package." I told him I wasn't paying for an unnecessary addition for a 2024 Honda with 8,000 miles. It's pure profit padding, nothing more. He asked what price I needed to be at, and I told him: $1,400 less than their asking price, without the protection package. I also mentioned I had a trade‑in to help close the gap. They evaluated my trade and returned yet another invoice, still with the protection package added. Now they tacked on an extra "plate transfer tax," which is absurd because I'm already paying the DMV/registration fees. I asked again for both charges to be removed, and we were still close to making a deal. Then the sales manager came over with the usual scripted pitch about how the car is "worth more," but they're "selling it for less," and that the protection package is mandatory. I told him plainly that the protection package was never disclosed on the original invoice, the one that got me in the door. He refused to remove it. At that point, the car was $3,000 more than I was willing to pay. If they had been honest from the beginning and listed this unnecessary add‑on upfront, I would never have wasted my time driving to the dealership. The entire experience was a bait‑and‑switch operation designed to trap customers into paying thousands more than advertised. Completely unprofessional, completely dishonest, and absolutely not worth your time.

Alex the technician did a wonderful job as it was very cold on my drive home. I also had an oil change and fluids flushed. Joshua Hoover my service advisor was amazing! He informed me the compressor and clutch was on back order until Aug but we talked through after market parts, etc. I will admit I was hesitant to bring my truck to a dealer as quite honestly I prefer to give business to individuals versus a corporation; however, my husband convinced me otherwise and I am glad he did. As long as Joshua is there and I can schedule through him this is my "go to" place from now on. I appreciate his sincerity and truthfulness throughout the process. He kept me in the loop. I cannot fail to mention how personable he is as well. Fantastic experience!

We simply asked where we should go for assistance, and her reaction made it seem like we were interrupting her day. There was no welcoming attitude, no willingness to help--l just visible frustration that we approached her. Customer service is the first impression of any business, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole. If someone is working in a customer-facing or service department, there should be a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Based on this experience, I would not return.

Their ToyoCard allows you to break up payments if necessary. Just like everyone has their faves, Norm Vassell is my car's pediatrician and Justin Ortiz is it's PA as my car is my baby. I had a very disappointing experience at Tampa Toyota today…read more My husband and I drove all the way from Parrish specifically to look at a Toyota Highlander Hybrid that was advertised online. When we arrived, there were at least six salespeople standing around the parking lot. As we attempted to park in the customer parking area, several salespeople were walking around our vehicle, making it unnecessarily difficult to pull into a spot. They appeared to have plenty of free time, yet no one seemed particularly interested in helping customers. After finally parking, I rolled down my window and asked two individuals if they were salespeople. They simply replied "yes" and offered no greeting, welcome, or questions about what we were looking for. When we asked about the Highlander Hybrid we had come to see, one salesperson immediately responded, "Nope, that's not here. What they post on the website is never right, you just have to come in to see what is actually available and we don't have that price that is posted, never accurate." Not only was this frustrating after driving such a distance, but the salesperson's attitude came across as dismissive and argumentative when speaking with my husband. The interaction left such a poor impression that we didn't even want to get out of the vehicle to see what inventory was available. We understand that online inventory can sometimes be inaccurate, but there is a right and wrong way to communicate that to potential customers. A little professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in helping customers would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, our experience was so negative that we left without even stepping inside the dealership.
