We did have to pay for a service call, but compared to other similar repair visits, their rate was fairly reasonable. The dishwasher install was a challenge for them as the area where the unit would set was/is below floor level by a half inch requiring that the old unit had to be carefully maneuvered to be removed and the same with the new unit being properly placed.
