Unsurprisingly, as I've read several reviews of such experiences prior to giving him a chance. We were interested in their catering services (sister company, Delish Dish) for our wedding (plated) and scheduled taste testing for 3 ($50PP). We've discussed our menu plan and verified that we would be tasting everything discussed. He shows up without the discussed appetizers and creme brulee, and only brings enough of entree and sides for 2 taste testers, an error at his own admittance. And only after my inquiry did he say he would apply the taste-testing fees towards our total balance once we sign the contract. So, he shows up for the taste testing and suggests we pop the food into the oven for a few minutes as it's gotten cold during transport and turns around to leave. I had several questions and he seemed to stay reluctantly. The whole experience with him is unconventional at best, and grossly unprofessional at the worst. I've read an article about him priding himself on getting the sales, he's very responsive when you're seeking his services and shooting back a quick quote. That is true, he responded very quickly with any questions via text, consistently within 5 minutes. The food was good, but we ended up going with another company that we had more confidence in that was top-tier professional. I extended him the courtesy to notify that we will not be moving forward with the contract and asked him to kindly refund us the $50 for food/service he didn't provide for our 3rd taste tester. Silence. A full week later, I sent another message. No response. I didn't really expect to get the refund, but gave him the benefit of doubt. So, here's your yet another warning if you decide to book his services. I'd say we're lucky we only lost $150 with this experience, and glad we didn't sign the contract.

From the beginning stages of planning to cost he was absolutely amazing to work with. He was able to create an amazing cohesive menu staying within my tight budget for 50 people. My guests raved about the food over and over. His staff was perfect and made my amazing day that much better. Our menu was risotto croquettes and mini beef wellington for apps. Tortellini salad. Espresso crusted sirloin and mole braised chicken. Our sides were coconut jasmine rice (YUMMM), horseradish and dill purple potatoes, roasted root veggies, and bacon butternut hash. Seriously everything was amazing but the best were the apps, rice, and beef/chicken! He was a pleasure to work with and I would love to use him when we go down to visit or for our anniversary dinner. Some of the dishes were finished off at the venue kitchen to keep the dish as fresh as possible. The effort Tony puts into every dish is incredible. This wedding had over 100 attendees, who I'm sure all had a similar experience. I have the BARMASTERS bar in the background of my photos from the wedding in question if they want a "record," but I don't want to dox anyone. This is my actual experience and BARMASTERS can reach me personally if they want to discuss further. Definitely would not recommend relying on BARMASTERS for mobile bartending needs, especially for a day as important as a wedding. I was a guest at a wedding in Chicopee, Massachusetts this April and was honestly shocked at how poor the service and quality from BARMASTERS was. The two bartenders were late to the event and began serving drinks 20 minutes into cocktail hour. They started pre-pouring some of the bride's signature drinks (cosmos) but it was probably two sips worth instead of the full-sized drinks, so it wasn't very enticing to take one. I also don't think they were actually cosmos, because they didn't really taste like cosmos so I'm unsure they even knew how to make the drink. This was sad as I know the bride was really excited to have this as her signature drink. What really stood out to me was the unprofessionalism of the bartenders demanding tips before service had even been rendered. *I'm not kidding at all* when I say they literally were saying "Tips! Tips! Tips!" every time you ordered a drink and you effectively had to pull out your phone and start tipping them before they'd make you a drink. This happened every time you asked for a drink, which almost defeated the purpose of the open bar when I was expected to pay something for every drink I received throughout the night, even if I had already tipped beforehand. At the end of the night, the bartenders told us there was a lot of alcohol left and asked us if we wanted shots, and so we said yes but then they then proceeded to take a shot with us. I'm not sure if they are allowed to do that, but it seemed very unprofessional given the extremely poor service we had received all night to then watch the bartenders consuming the alcohol meant for the guests. Overall, I would definitely not recommend hiring BARMASTERS for your event. I felt so bad for the bride and groom who threw a backyard wedding and were relying on many vendors to make the party possible in that location, and these bartenders simply did not deliver. You're better off just having guests serve themselves and saving the money.

They offer two dinner options nightly and conveniently prepare the menu's a month in advance. Call them and they will be happy to fax or deliver it with their meal delivery service. For the lunch crowd try the BBQ or the Steak and Cheese on grilled-bread. Veggie-eaters can enjoy various salads or veggies and rice and for Gluten-Intolerant diner's Mom (the owner) whipped up a delicious fresh grilled chicken breast over an equally sumptuous (and freshly-prepared) veggie salad for a guest of mine.
