The food is always fresh and flavorful. The service is very warm and friendly. You can eat in the location but it's mainly for takeout. The restaurant is always neat and clean. I've been eating here since 2019 and very rarely am I disappointed with my food.

We live in Old South neighborhood of Concord and this is our go-to Chinese place. General Tso's chicken is bomb and my wife love chicken with vegetables. Service is great and very friendly. Ambiance is kinda non-existent with maybe three tables in the dining room -- may have been more at one time but not sure.

Yup. This my new favorite spot now. I've been here 3 times this week and I'm not ashamed. I call in my order each time for pickup and within 10 mins my food is ready. I had chicken wings w/ pork fried rices and Chicken n broccoli with pork fried rice and both were slamming!! The chicken wings were something special, hot and seasony. I didn't even care I was burning my tongue . Not many stores opened in the plaza this restaurant is located but that's okay. They seem to be doing just fine. I'm looking forward to trying more things from their menu

I usually order from this place but for some reason today they messed up my food. I found black pebbles and specks in my shrimp Lo mein. I also ordered shrimp eggs and got pork. The shrimp Lo mein itself was dry. I will not be returning back due to this poor order and I would not recommend.

Favorite place in Concord for Chinese take out. Normally end up ordering extra egg rolls because they're pretty tasty. Also a fan of their crab rangoon as an appetizer. Only strange happening - once I couldn't remember the name for Kung Pao chicken, so when I called I asked: "What's the spicy one with peanuts?" "Oh, you must mean cashew chicken!" Um, no. BUT, the food is good and fast, staff is always friendly.

Noodle entree explicitly had vegetarian choices but most of the rice dishes had some or other meat. While they were flexible to change the ingredient but I wish they made the rice vegetables and specific meats to add just as the left side. The food comes on hot scale of 1-5 and we ordered a 3 and 2 but one that was made on 2 scale was hotter than 3. We requested they replace it which they did after bit of resistance, so for a child may be ask for spice level of 1 next time. Pad see ew and lomein were good otherwise. Spring roll was good. Tom yum soup listed had seafood but we asked they make vegetarian and they were able to puts lots of vegetables, I wish they offered it as either or. The ambiance is a that of a bit old Thai place. The parking was a bit busy but we were able to find a spot.

We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and an Udon Bowl and shared both entrees among the three of us so we could sample a little of everything. The portions were generous, but all three of us agreed that the dishes lacked flavor. We kept expecting the seasoning to come through, but everything tasted surprisingly bland. We ended up eating very little because it just wasn't enjoyable. Service at the take out section was fine, but based on this visit, the food simply didn't deliver the bold, fresh flavors we were hoping for.

We visited Hibachi Pit in Concord to celebrate Team Appreciation Week. Since we are big fans of…read moretheir affiliate, The Smoke Pit, we had high hopes for the food quality--and they did not disappoint! Our party of 8 had a bit of a bumpy start. We were crowded around the entrance for a while without much direction until I checked in; they have a policy of not seating until the entire party arrives (6 of us were there, awaiting 2). Once the full group was present, though, we were seated promptly. Our server was excellent--very polite and on top of things. Even when two of our orders came out wrong, the server corrected the mistakes so quickly it didn't disrupt the meal at all. The food quality is definitely where this place shines: * Portion Sizes: Massive. As you can see from the photos, the trays are packed to the edges with rice, noodles, and protein. * Quality: The steak was tender and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. You can tell they care about the quality of their meat. * Affiliation: Knowing they are connected to The Smoke Pit gave us high expectations for the proteins, and they lived up to the name. While it might not be the absolute best hibachi I've ever had, the combination of great service, huge portions, and solid food quality makes it an easy recommendation. It's a great spot for a group--just make sure your whole party arrives at the same time!

Looking for fast and friendly service? Say no more. Hibachi pit is the perfect lunch spot for when you want to grab a quick bite with huge portions. You can customize your meal making it as healthy or unhealthy as you want it to be. I ordered the rice bowl with crispy chicken and the sweet and spicy sauce. The sauces all come on the side in a small cup, but you can ask for more. There was so much chicken in my bowl, and plenty of rice and veggies to go along with it. The chicken was on par with most fast casual places. I did need to use lots of sauce though to get more flavor out of the bowl. It's nothing that will blow your mind, but it's a good staple to have in your lunch rotation! The price is really fair too, you get what you pay for.
