Stopped in for lunch today and was greeted enthusiastically and warmly by no fewer than 3 different courteous employees. I truly did feel welcome. Parking was a breeze - Handicap spots right outside the front door and plenty more in the spacious lot. Indoor and outdoor seating (a bit chilly today so I stayed inside.) Menu is large - both in readability (on wall behind cashier) and number of options. I was on the lookout for brisket - one of my faves, especially having been a cattle farmer for nearly 30 years.) Hands down, today's brisket was on top of the heap. And a generous heap of beef it was...4 tender, juicy, succulent, flavorful, black-crusted thick slices that spilled out over the edges of the bun. Didn't really need the bun...it was perfect on its own. And, yes, I'll order it again. Sides I ordered today were fairly common - fries that were hot and fresh out of the fryer and really savory baked beans (also loaded withs chunks of meat. Good golly! Wish I had time and room for more...but that will happen in the near future when I venture back to Murfreesboro. By the way, an announcement came over the music-laden speakers at noon, asking patrons to rise for their traditional 12:00 playing of the National Anthem. An unexpected occurrence - but appreciated since I am a veteran. Mission BBQ....mission accomplished!

We figured it out 20 minutes later after people that came in way behind us got their food. ***BUT*** the service was so great they gave us cards for two complimentary meals in the future. We heard great things about this place from others; listen to the reviews! There is a huge outdoor yard where there are tables set up to dine outside. There are also special events nights where there is live music outside. This is a great place to bring family on a summer/fall night. The food was incredibly filling and hit the spot. The prices were also very reasonable for the portion sizes. They have three different types of homemade sweet tea as well. You need to try them! Lastly, we had the honor of meeting the man himself, Ray, who owns this place. He was such a kind and personable man who showed us true Southern hospitality. Ray sat down and talked with us over a meal where we got to hear the origins of this place. This small business is an all-around amazing place to hang out, fulfill your BBQ needs, and get to know Ray, who will brighten your day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is very much worth the drive outside the city.

Found them by chance as I was picking something up from an auction at the storage facility next door. Best find in a long time. The entire vibe is charming and kinda cool (not expected out in the country). The staff are fun and engaging. The food is incredible. The not-so "Fat Guy" has won many awards for his BBQ and clearly cooks with a passion. We had both the pulled pork and brisket - mouthwatering. And if the sides were a test, they passed with flying colors. Baked beans were just how I like 'em and the potato salad was perfect (not too eggy, not too mustardy, no chunky hunks of celery, olives or onions). We will be back. Excited to bring our friends here for music on the patio.

Our waitress was REALLY hard working and I could feel her stress. I told her to relax, she's doing great. It was probably a bad idea to bring so many people here that have never been to a Kpot before. Even I was overwhelmed! However, she was great and through it all, the staff here were phenomenal with so much back and forth of what people ordered. I definitely will stick to 4 or less people from now on haha. The food was fresh and delicious and I loved loved LOVED the curry based broth, something we don't have in Raleigh, NC. I will definitely be back when we're in the area again.

Having both options at one table is a total win, especially for a group with different tastes. The Highlights: * Better Quality Meats: Compared to some other AYCE (All You Can Eat) spots, the meat quality here is definitely a step up. * Must-Order Cuts: The Galbi is flavorful and tender, and the KPOT Steak is another standout--it's high-quality and cooks up perfectly on the grill. * Spacious Vibes: This place is huge! It's very spacious for big parties, so if you're bringing the whole family or a large group of friends, you won't feel like you're squeezed in. The Tech & Service: * iPad Ordering: I love the convenience of ordering from the iPad right at the table. It makes the process feel seamless. * One at a Time: Just a heads up--even if you order multiple quantities of an item, they tend to still only bring one out at a time. It can slow things down a bit when you're hungry, but it does help prevent food waste. * The Sauce Bar: The sauce area is fantastic with tons of options, though it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. You might have to time your trip to the bar strategically! Overall: The prices are decent for the amount and quality of food you get. It's a reliable, fun experience that keeps our family coming back.

I tried Arisu which is another KBBQ restaurant but didn't really like the vibe there. It's the complete opposite here at Fire KBBQ! Honestly loved the vibe they have going on. My family and I just went here for lunch today and it was overall a good experience minus a few hiccups. I will say their service is a bit lacking. Usually service for KBBQ is pretty quick because they're not the ones doing the cooking. But here it was kind of slow. Our waitress was nice , not sure if they had too many customers and not enough staff. Our grill also had issues lighting the first couple times we ordered our proteins until eventually it just gave out and we ended up having to move tables in the middle of our meal which was a little off putting. The food was good though. At least most of the items we tried. My top faves are defiantly the corn cheese and the spicy beef bulgogi. The regular beef bulgogi is good too. Marinated nicely and had a lot of flavor. The dishes I would probably skip on next time would be the rice cake, potato salad and spicy shrimp. Rice cake was bland. The potato salad isn't like the typical Korean potato salad you get at authentic KBBQ and the spicy shrimp didn't have much flavor. Overall our experience at Fire Korean BBQ was good and I would come back to try their other menu items. They have a lot of good options to choose from other than the unlimited KBBQ.
