I then signed up for two classes that focused on form and the very basics. This instructor was very, very good about adapting to the pace of the class. As a former physical therapist, she helped me understand what each stretch should feel like. She also recommended I use blocks and supports, or do modified versions of stretches. This helped me not put pressure on myself. I decided to discontinue classes, but if I were to go anywhere for yoga, it would be here!

Our automatic payment permission was revoked multiple times, with emails that went unanswered by the owner and then after we revoked the credit card authorization they continued to charge us $80 per month...for 3 more months. There's an amazing tea, soap and essential oils shop in the front called Aeromagregory. They charged me for a 4th month without my consent. When I contacted them for a refund (via phone, email, and social media) they waited TEN days to respond and then didn't honor my request for a refund. They claimed they sent me an email in May saying that my membership would automatically renew unless I contacted them and requested otherwise. I had zero email communication from their studio stating this bizarre policy. Also, what is the point of selecting a 3 month membership if it will continue auto renewing forever? I had to contact my credit card company and they've filed a claim against them. Although I enjoyed the workouts, I can't recommend a fitness center with unethical business practices.

It has house decor, greeting cards, candy, candles, kid and dog toys, totes, and more! I really wanted the plant lady door mat and gonna see if it's there when I need a replacement for mine. It's quaint and smaller than I imagined. You've got to look up and down and all round so you don't miss all the different items offered. They will gift wrap your gifts even if you didn't buy it there. Today was awesome bc they treated us to HiFi cookies. I was told they will have them for sale in the future!
