She apologized and agreed to fully refund the cake. She did not offer any solutions for the day of the event. She gave me stories on why she couldn't pay the money back immediately, and because I had used her previously, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and offered several options to resolve. but kept giving me excuses about the refund, and after a while just stopped responding. I find it hard to believe that someone would take money paid for a service, not provide the service and then completely disappear.

We had carrot cake cinnamon rolls, a snickerdoodle cookie and a lemon cookie. Everything was so good. The cinnamon rolls were truly off the charts. Service was good.
