This was my first cryogenic gas treatment. It was much better than expected. My body did not get uncomfortably cold on the outside but I can feel it working on the inside. Next, she leads you to a serene waiting area to complete the necessary consent forms and learn (at your leisure) about other services, diseases, natural cures, etc. Once the forms are complete the Technician comes in and chat with you briefly and show you were to change to prepare for your session. Once changed, you are positioned on the procedure device (i don't know the medical name) or table to relax and begin your session. During my session, I required a lot of massaging and an extended amount of time. I was not rushed one time, and actually ended the session myself because I had to leave. I then gave them the opportunity to let me purchase face with the current 70% off but I was denied because apparently I need to go with the "original deal" again we didn't ask to get a major discount, nor did we ask for a maintenance package. This is extremely disappointing. Highly highly unprofessional behavior from the management. When asked for a refund I was told the services already provided will be deducted at full price which is bs because again we didn't ask for a scammed discount. This company sucks and scams people. After two weeks of unresponsiveness, I was forced to search my insurance company's website to find a second new OB/GYN. I'm so thankful that I picked Dr. Shisler. I called her office with my concerns and Heather got me in the next day. I've never been treated with such kindness and care. Dr. Shisler took time to get to know me and my medical history. I felt heard and she had a lot of invaluable information for me regarding my health and the issues I was having, including explaining the lab results from the previous OB/GYN (who still hasn't gotten back to me). The staff at Grace Gynecology were very nice and welcoming! I'm looking forward to being a long-time patient.
