Midstate's follow up and service after the install is poor though. And the quality of the install itself was average. Midstate provides fair value overall considering the local competition. Just do not expect proactive service or any extra effort beyond the basic. Would be nice to receive reminders for annual maintenance. Would be nice to have someone call to schedule six month maintenance prepaid in service agreement. Just know its on you to track and make contact with them or risk the warranty on your equipment not being honored.

He took a look at our garbage disposal and had it working again within a few minutes. Price charged was reasonable and fair. We were able to return the new disposal. We had called another well recommended plumbing company a couple of days prior who quoted over $700 to replace the disposal stating that pipes needed to be replaced, wiring issues, etc. to which i replied, "No thanks". I will get a couple of other quotes. Knight's Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on.

My husband went and fixed the leak himself. KNIGHTs plumbing now expects us to pay them $250. I have no problem paying for their time they put in but $250 is outrageous considering they didn't fix anything. BEWARE!!!
