I only book appointment on my in office days because I KNOW I'm going to leave looking amazing and I'm not wasting all her work on just going home! Melody is so friendly and kind. She takes the time to really look at me, my hair, my maintenance abilities, my beauty goals, my inspiration photos, and takes the time to actually give me what I want and need. She'll tell me if what I'm asking for is going to be higher maintenance than I've told her I prefer or if the cuts in the inspiration photos will hit me in an unflattering way and makes suggestions on how to adapt them for ME. She also takes the time to educate me on how to properly take care of my hair. She recommends products AND takes the time to show me how to use them! She recommends the best product for me, even if I can't get it in the salon. She makes sure that I don't only feel beautiful the day of the appointment and that I can maintain her amazing work well after I leave. I admit, I still tear up after haircuts, but it's because I feel beautiful, empowered, and seen. When this woman retires, I may start looking into wigs. I need more stars.

Thinking that the girl had the slightest bit of cosmology training I reluctantly agreed. When she finally turned me around to see her work I had yellow chunks throughout my entire hair. Nine months later and numerous color correction appointments later my hair still turns an awful brassy shade and requires touch ups every 5 weeks. This process to get to white took three years and thousands of dollars I'm not even playing. My hair was healthy, strong, with no breakage, I kept amazingly good care of my hair. I ask for a brown ombre, brown at my roots and the original white at the bottom so when I go back to WHITE the bottom wouldn't be as fried. This woman colors my entire head brown. I'm still pissed about it. If I could go back in time I wouldn't have paid for my visit until she corrected the absolutely horrendous coloring job. The most funniest thing about this is my hair color is a deep rich brown and she colored it with a ash brown color. 10/10 would love refund, but probably won't get one. 10/10 will never come back
