My hair was down to my collar, and Sue took great care of me. She was professional, welcoming, and very accommodating. The shop itself has a strong sports theme, which I really enjoyed--especially since my favorite team, the Wolverines, were front and center. There are a couple of TVs in front of you while the barbers work, plus easygoing conversation that makes the time fly by. I've been to places that slap the word "barbershop" on the door and think posters and attitude make up for skill. Nor would I ever want this place super swamped that I wouldn't be able to get a chance with my favorite hair dresser. Call me selfish, but I totally love this place. Enough to keep it for myself for all of those years. So, its a totally no frills type of place. You come in, you tell them what you need done and they'll knock it out for you. I've never had to have any chemical process done to my hair, so I wouldn't know that area. But! I know that my stylist knows what I want every time I go to this spot. Only two people in here gets to touch me and my husband's hair. Ones is our main stylist, the other is our auxiliary. They both do an impeccable job lowering our ears.
