I also really appreciate that they offer sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options, so there's something for everyone. It seems to be almost like soda bread (not biscuit; not cake) with raisins, coconut, and chocolate drizzled on top and not too sweet. My receipt said 'galletas' so I guess it's a cookie. All of these would be amazing with breakfast or an afternoon coffee. I was really surprise when I paid to find out that each of these items were priced so low (like $2 each!!). Wowza!
