They used the dremel on my anxious dog to trim them down a little and get rid of the ruffness (pun intended). Daria got right down on the ground with her in the lobby instead of having her go through, what would have been a much more stressful encounter -ie dragging her into the chaos with the other dogs and lifting her up on a table. They always approved walks even the night before or same day, and I know my dog was treated fantastic. We had one walker, Derek, for almost the whole time (he was great). Whenever Derek was on vacation or unavailable they would tell me ahead of time so I would know who was walking Rue. When Rue was walking with someone she had never met, they would do a trial walk to make sure it was a good fit (it always was). They also leave brief messages after every walk saying how it went. Additionally, their website is incredible. It is so easy to schedule walks, they approve them very quickly (usually within a few hours), and they also have a great bidirectional messaging tool so it's easy to keep in touch. I couldn't recommend this service more highly!

We hired chris to watch our dog while we were out of town for memorial day. He pulled our dog by his paw and pinned him down on the bed while he yelled in pain, all of which we have video evidence of. He then yelled at our dog until he cowered. Upon seeing this on our camera, we called Chris to ask what happened at which point he became belligerent and confrontational. He then forced our dog to go outside and was missing from our apartment, refusing to answer questions about where he was or what he had done with our dog. He proceeded to text us antagonizing us and didn't even seem to know who I was even though we had met before, and at one point claimed he had watched our dog under different owners and he was fine (not true, we have been his only owners. Thankfully we could see on our camera that he eventually left and our dog was safe but for about 10-15 our dog was missing and Chris would not answer our phone calls. Chris abused our dog and made us think he was in danger. We asked him to leave immediately in which case he became combative. Do not hire this company, they abuse dogs and then threaten you. This whole situation has been a nightmare.
