We arrived right at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday as they were opening, and everything from the service to the food exceeded our expectations. Our server, Michelle, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made excellent recommendations. They had several daily specials that all sounded amazing. We started with the cheese fries, which instantly brought back nostalgic memories, they were simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious. For our meals, my husband ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad, topped with two large hand-breaded chicken tenders tossed in mild sauce with blue cheese dressing. My daughter loved her 6-cut Red Pizza, which arrived perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I ordered the wings, fried to perfection and served with mild sauce and blue cheese. On Michelle's recommendation, my son went with the Breakfast Burger, and wow! It was enormous and incredibly juicy. Every bite was outstanding. If you're anywhere near the area, do not sleep on this place! Their slogan says "Almost Famous," but I honestly don't think they'll be "almost" for much longer. Get here before everyone else discovers this hidden gem, you'll be glad you did!

The interior decoration is one of a kind and a must see. It has a museum vibe to it, with many historical pictures, toys, collectible items, Art, and sculptures. I am going to guess that if all the decorative items were going to be sold, there's probably and estimated 1 Million value to all those items, just a guess. There is an area with souvenirs of The Office on sale and many items on display. As The Office was filmed in Scranton and it is one of the mayor attractions of the town, and part of it's cultural history. Scranton is full of history and this restaurant is part of it. It is one of my favorite spots to bring friends and family for a great time.

Every…read morecorridor is a work of art, a display of treasures honoring local history and niche interests alike. One could spend hours looking at the incredible shadowboxes, model trains, war memorabilia, movie displays, model ships, etc, not to mention the Dunder Mifflin gift shop! The food, however, is another story. The menu is large and varied and has some delicious appetizers (particularly the Bang Bang Srimp and the Crab Balls--addictive) and entrees too, but the very pricey stars of the menu leave much to be desired. The "Just Seafood" entree looks mouthwatering by description and costs forty effing dollars, but I'm being completely honest when I tell you everything on that plate was drier than a popcorn fart. The dish comes with shrimp, scallops, and lump crab meat. The best thing on the plate was the THREE scallops they provided. The crab was genuinely the worst, driest crab I've ever had. Worse than low-quality frozen snow crab at Red Lobster or the grocery store. The shrimp was overcooked and pathetically seasoned with a light sprinkle of paprika (which fell mostly on one shrimp and none of the others). I had to salt my own food at the table because everything was flavorless. All in all, if you're in Scranton because you like The Office, stop here and have some CHEAP starters and drinks, grab some cool Dunder Mifflin merchandise at the gift shop, and enjoy all the awesome art they have at Coopers. Pay no mind to their expensive seafood, it sucks. Service: the waitstaff are lovely, friendly and attentive. They're great and deserve praise!

Even after making the staff aware of a deli meat that had gone rancid they continued to keep that product for sale. In the meat department the raw Italian sweet sausage had black pepper but none of the other ingredients it should have. Most notably the caraway seeds. In the produce department items that are on sale are subpar. For example potatoes they will have dead worms in the center. Not all of them but too many in one bag. I don't expect perfect fruits and vegetables I even buy off of their last minute rack. Worst of all there's attitude. I am treated as if I had done something wrong to them personally. My last unpleasant encounter I had to prompt the cashier to include himself in bagging groceries. He scoffed at having to use my bags.He then attempted to bag tomatoes with cans. Upon checking my receipt I see he didn't give me the promotion price for 2 items. Needlessly costing me an additional $10.00 . I observe their demeanor towards others. They smile and chat with them, but fall silent when I'm next in line. I noticed that they've had a frequent turnover in help so the problem is in their house. Not mine.
