Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence. We were…read moreimpressed by the fact that the steel posts are set deeper into the ground and we could choose pre-stained boards to be installed. We decided to proceed and were added to the schedule. The old fence was removed, and new posts were set in anticipation for the boards to be installed after the concrete was set and dried. Our fence was installed in May, 2017 and it is still standing straight! We love our fence! We did have a problem with one of our side gate doors that was warping a few months after installation. This gate door is right off the driveway and used frequently to access our trash and recycling. We contacted Abe and after meeting, it was decided that we would need to add a metal door frame to keep it straight. We paid to add the metal frame in September, 2017 and haven't had any other issues with this gate door. The work crew was very efficient and professional and got the entire board on board fence completed in two days! We're so happy we chose the pre-stained boards. We decided to add the slanted horizontal pieces that deter anyone climbing on the fence. They did have to stain that after it was installed. Everything still looks great 4 years later!

Boards randomly tacked up horizontally across the bottom all the way around. I wouldn't have accepted it personally as a job I paid my hard money for but I wanted to give the original builders the opportunity to put in a gate to replace one they originally built as, well, the gate worked and that is all I am looking for now, a new functional gate. They don't want your business apparently. The sign they hang on the fencing is for decoration I guess, because they refuse to answer or contact back, guess they have too much money. Whomever installed the cedar fence in our new house did a horrible job. The metal poles used to…read morestabilize the gate side of our house were loose and the oversized gate (46") wouldn't shut. Since our job was small, not may people replied. Junior with Saucedo Landscape contacted me through Yelp, came out and gave me a reasonable bid. They replaced the 3 metal poles with 4 and enlarged the holes before poring concrete. Our new side fence and gate are now stable. Thank you for a job well done!
