And Dr Filer has clearly clarified what my issue is and also the treatment necessary to remedy this. I have had three sessions and after each one I noticed a substantial difference in my symptoms. On month 12, post surgery, I had stopped using my brace all together and was back to skiing some of the technical lines I had ever skied, airing some of my older favorite larger airs, without issue, pain, or concern. My knee felt stronger than ever before. My core balance and strength had also improved which immediately benefited my skiing. I attribute a major part of my success to Jen's attentive, applicable, and detailed therapy. Having met people who were stuck wearing a brace their whole life I totally surprised myself when ditching the thing just a couple of months after returning to the sport. Her diagnosis was accurate and training plans efficient. Above else, three things really stood out: - She's patient when explaining her diagnosis and how she narrowed things down/eliminated other possibilities at each stage of recovery. This is incredibly confidence inspiring if you're like me and spent way too much time googling your injury. - She was attentive in listening to injury details other PTs would ignore, and incorporated them in diagnosis and training plan when they seemed relevant. You can tell she works with the patient instead of just following a generic flow chart. - She was constantly aware of my specific use case for the recovering mobility/body part. Healing shoulder ligaments to grab mugs out of your top shelf has different requirements than rehabbing to return to high intensity sports. She placed even more emphasis on this than I did.

I came in completely frustrated about a back issue that was making daily tasks hard. I came out knowing an old ankle injury was the cause and with a plan on how to move forward. And, I have seen considerable progress within a week. The clinic felt more personal than many I've been to. I didn't feel like I was being slotted into a 30 min slot with the therapist needing to move on. The therapist took time to talk to me, understand my background and previous injuries, and make sure that they were confident in their assessment. I really couldn't recommend more.

More often than not...no one is there at all. Appts can be significantly late, too often. Their billing Dept. and process though...what a joke. They have a written policy...that they break over and over. No statements, no record of treatment, no treatment codes, no explanations at all, in any fobrm/way. Months to get ANY info about costs...long after miltiple visits, again violating their own written policy! Have recieved TEXT MESSAGES ftom an unknown number as an 'invoice'...with a link to a random pay site. SCAM.. or new (super shady) billing practice that breaks every one of their policies??? Who knows!! But bro, trust me! VERY poorly run and managed business!
