No one responded to me whatsoever. I am willing to write grand reviews for companies that actually respond to its consumers, but this company isn't able to do so for whatever reason though I have left a few voicemails text messages and even an email so I am left to believe that they are more interested in me paying $160 for a spa just to be cleaned and barely treated for maintenance. This is an exorbitant amount of money for a company not to respond to its loyal customer and I'm trying to cut down on the services because I'm now a single mom and I can't get anyone to respond so I'm writing this review.

We live right in the middle of the Mountain Fire damage in Camarillo. While our house was spared (for the most part), our pool was a mess. It was filled with leaves, ash, soot, and "volatile organic chemicals" from burned battery acid, asbestos, and such. We were at a loss as to what to do and the County was so inundated with homes burned to the ground, no one could really help with this issues. The Bell's advise early on that the healthiest approach would be to empty the pool and then acid bath (if necessary) and refill. We were able to speak with Marty and Lisa and they assured us that they would get someone as soon as possible. Needless to say, so many home owners were in this same predicament. Tammy came over to clean what she could as soon as service companies were allowed back into the area. She used a pool net and her portable vacuum on a couple of occasions to get the major leaf and burn debris removed. The soot and ash was too fine and couldn't be removed in this manner. We tried our in pool vacuum system but it clogged after three to four sweeps each time. It would have meant cleaning the filter over and over and over again. Josh next came over and assessed the pool and verified that he could empty, acid bath, and refill it and get it back to new. It took one day/overnight of set up to use a sump pump to remove the water and debris. Then he worked washing, rinsing, and acid bathing where necessary. He was here for about nine hours on the second day. He didn't stop until he had everything ready. Josh also got our hoses set up so the refill would begin right away. Bell's can get very busy and sometimes it takes more than one attempt to get through to them; however, time after time they have come through for us.

I called the number they left at 6:30pm on Wednesday night and spoke with Tom the owner. He said he could come to my house on Friday late morning. Tom showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about an hour. The amount charged was very fair. I would not hesitate to use Tom in the future if any other issues arise with our pool. Thank you!

All American Pool & Spa made a great first, second and third impression. They had great ideas and were reasonably priced. Even though they didn't get the job, they checked on the project and asked how I was doing (my darling husband and the kids' daddy died in August, so this was a gift to my family to enjoy the outdoor space this summer and beyond). When they checked on our job, I appreciated the follow-up and sent them some pictures. A few months later, they were driving by the house and sent a message that they were thinking about me and the kids. They are really wonderful. While we love our new pool, if I had another pool project or knew someone looking to redo an old pool, I would highly recommend Tom and Debi. There are so many greedy takers in the contractor business. I have been through three contractors and thousands of dollars and learned this the hard way. But Tom and Debi truly care about their clients--potential and existing. I can't say enough good things about them. They are wonderful people who know a lot about pools. Give them a call. They won't let you down. They won't rip you off. And they will remember you and be your advocates during and after your sparking and beautiful new or renewed pool is completed. Couldn't recommend Mike over at a NuVision pools more for new pool construction. We have a pretty…read moreinteresting shape backyard and had several contractors come over and all tell us the same thing, we could only put in a small rectangle pool and lose all this space in the corner of our lot. Mike came over took one look and immediately said "I would love to do a custom design back here to help maximize the space of your yard". We of course were excited to see what he came up with. His design was incredible and his pricing great and competitive and the best thing...he designs! He outlined everything clearly in his quote so you see exactly what you were getting and upgrade options available to you. Ben (head of construction) and his team took Mike's design and did an excellent job executing! From start to finish the pool was done in 10 weeks. We also had done new concrete and turf not even a year before the pool was done (yes we did in wrong order) so we were worried it would be destroyed but not at all everything was preserved and they were able to put the turf back no issues and no concrete damage which was amazing. Ben even helped arrange all the landscaping for us back by the pool with drip irrigation and wiring for landscape lighting etc. at a fantastic price. Mike truly is a super nice guy and his communication and the whole process was just a breeze and the final result is incredible. The pictures speak for themselves but he and Ben have truly changed our backyard into an oasis for our family to enjoy.
