I was told multiple different things; to let the pigment push through, people with my skin type or who bleed a lot don't get good results. I felt as though I was blamed for not having a good outcome. I followed the after care instructions very well. After months of asking if this was normal I finally got another appointment 3/18/21,which I was charged $100. I would save your money, I feel like I wasted $500. In addition, when I had my appointments, the atmosphere was unprofessional. She was taking personal phone calls throughout the appointments and at one point was talking poorly about one of her clients that another esthetician was seeing across the hall.

She's always on time (and there's been three time in 2 weeks other employees were a little late opening) which is a big deal for me because I have a lot to get done before noon every day. I assumed she was the manager, but asked today and she is not. The owner should be grooming her for that job right now. She's pretty and obviously uses the tanning beds herself so she's a walking, talking advertisement and saleswoman for the store.
