We stopped by Soya Sushi Bar in Doral without realizing reservations were recommended. Even with a 30-minute wait, it was worth it! The place was packed the entire time, with people constantly coming in, which says a lot. It's a big, cute spot with a great vibe. Our server, Daniela, was amazing! She gave us some excellent recommendations, and everything we tried was delicious. The food and drinks were a solid 10/10. We'll definitely be back!

We came here for happy hour and we WILL be back. We had a great time. The food was great and the sushi was fresh - all at an excellent price point. The drinks were good and can't be beat at 2 for the price of 1. I think the sushi pizza was our favorite. When we first walked in at 6 pm on a Friday, we were told there would be a 45 min wait. Thankfully, we hung around and the wait ended up being closer to 20 minutes as happy hour ends at 7. I didn't know you could make a reservation? We will certainly be doing that in the future. The restaurant was full when we arrived and stayed full after we left, so you know the staff was busy. But that never showed. They were so nice and attentive. I think a dj was setting up as we were getting ready to leave? I'm not sure. Anyway, we loved it. 10/10 recommend.

Experience was excellent. The overall lunch date with my wife was enjoyable. The decor was nice and the size of the restaurant dinning area is ideal for a group setting and celebration. Music fits the vibe. Service was excellent, food arrived to the table very fast. The food was great, tasty. Portion sizes and price of the food is far. Sushi rolls were very good. The menu has a wide variety of options.

First let me clarify about the three stars, the rolls were great, delicious, generous portions. I was unhappy that when I got my miso soup it was stone cold I sent a pack and when they brought it the second time it was warm. I like my soup, hot and the waitress tried to make up an excuse that when they add the tofu it cools the soup well that only happens in that restaurant because any other place I eat meat so it's steaming hot so I was unhappy about that. They were very busy so it's possible the soups get served and don't get delivered for a while. We were there during lunchtime. The restaurant is large and it's a family style ambience. Extensive menu I suggest you look it over before you go so it doesn't take you an hour just to decide.

GonzoEats at it again this time with some sushi. I'm not big on sushi so when I'm posting about it then it's got my attention. The space was really nice and staff was great. The birthday thing they do is cool with the lights. Went around afternoon so relaxed crowd but I can see how this place might be a vibe at night. Okay so food was awesome. My wife and I had the sampler which was delicious especially the salmon croquette looking this with the green sauce in the photo. The crispy rice pizza was great too. The wagyu roll was great and the salmon truffle roll my wife got was good too. Now the drinks here it really depends on the person. Both are drinks were strong as hell. I want to say a bit of over pour which led to not staying for another. Right measurements more purchases at least for me. Overall great place and i say if you haven't yet go check it out.

This is an online delivery order. Cute presentation with a real flower on the side. The sushi pizza was in the popular dishes so I ordered one, however, I was surprised maybe I was expecting it a little bit bigger than what I got. The crispy rice at the bottom is crunchy. I also got two 101 sushi because I saw the cream cheese, my bad because I didn't read the riceless and it was covered in sweet plantain. I regret ordering this as this is nowhere tastes like sushi, all I taste is the sweet banana. I also got the kids meal with katsu chicken with fries. The fries are stale and hard but I don't blame the restaurant it takes 1 hour before I got the order. Also, no ketchup at all. The picture in the menu shows it has ketchup on the side or even sachet. Overall I feel like I wasted my $50+

SOYA!! I've been here twice in the last month and it never fails. We had Karla both times and he was a great server and was so quick and efficient. The appetizers were so yummy. The coquitos and sushi pizza in addition to the shrimp shumai was delish. The sampler platter is the way to go if you go in a group. We loved the explosion roll, dragon roll and volcano roll. It's an amazing location to come for a birthday because they go all out!

    Sampler for Two

Soya might have some of the best instagram influencer marketing in Miami. It has crossed my feed so many times and looked incredible. Unfortunately... looks can be deceiving. For an appetizer, we got the Sampler for Two which is a small assortment of appetizers, Coquitos Crunch, Gyozas, Sushi Pizza, and the Asian Crunch. The highlight of the dish was the Coquitos Crunch, which is essentially a Salmon Tempura Eggroll cut in half and drizzled with eel sauce and a curry mustard, which tasted great! The most disappointing appetizer was sadly the Sushi Pizza. Not much flavor to it and with a bottom chewy rice "crust". For entrees we got the visually stunning Volcano Roll, which has a literal volcano of seafood bake towering over it. The seafood bake tasted great, but the actual roll filled with kani tempura and cream cheese again tasted old and the Kani must have been fried earlier in the night as it was rubbery and soggy. We also got the Soya Crunch Roll... which is really isn't worth mentioning... as again.. not much crunch and more chewy. Soya has a visually stunning dining room, but I don't get the need for a DJ at a sushi restaurant on a Saturday night at 7pm. ‍ One aspect of the night that does deserve praise is the service. The waitress was pleasant and attentive, but the manager was the hardest working man in the restaurant. In the hour we were there, I watched him serve drinks, serve food, bus tables, troubleshoot issues with his staff, constantly check on tables, and as we were getting up from the table, he stopped what he was doing and open the door for us. This was a highly disappointing experience, and I can name 20 sushi restaurants in Miami that blow Soya out of the water. I am giving two stars merely for the ambience and customer service.

so good! I love the music and ambience of this place. The servers & bartenders are kind and make it a great experience too. I went on a day (thursday i think?) where one of the rolls is half off. It was delicous. The oreo dessert is so yummy too! The portions are huge so its a great place to go with a group & share different foods.

The service was pleasant, prompt, and delivered with a smile. I have the pineapple chafer, which I highly recommend. They also had some great sushi rolls and I ordered steamed gyozas for the table.. This place is perfect for a work lunch or date night. It's dangerous that I found this place because I definitely will be coming back often.

    Bob Marley Roll

I got the Bob Marley Roll and the rice was undercooked. It had crunch to it that got stuck in my teeth. The creaming spread added on top was overly sweet and they added so much that I had to scrape it off. A positive I would say is the fish was good and tasted fresh.

In addition to the super good flavor and freshness sushi, and the right size rolls, I love that the dishes always arrive super fast. And that they have delicious cocktails. For everything you ask for, the presentation is excellent and the prices are great. The restaurant as such is very nice, it has warm lights that make you feel an experience between warm and elegant.

Well everything!! Love this place but the service is not good. The last time we went. We ordered some food. They came out fast and then the rest of the time I saw stuff pretty much conversing to each other but no food came finally when our food came we just left. They still come, but they were nice. Still a great place great food but for some reason, the Kitchen forgot our food at that time. Other than that ambulance is nice and the sushi is very good and it's kind of vibrant atmosphere and great drink drinks.

Not just because it makes great beer, though it does, but because it sells something harder to can: camaraderie. It gives people a place to become better friends, tighter families, and, occasionally, obnoxious but well-meaning uncles. This was the first place I visited after my COVID-era house arrest ended. That day it became a space that I, like many others, claimed as my own. Innovation has always driven Tripping Animals, and the brains behind the brand have never sat still. Plenty of breweries typecast themselves with one style and spend years chasing beer nerds, their friends, and whatever relatives they can drag along. Tripping Animals takes the better route. It welcomes everybody from kids to casual drinkers, and people from every political corner who can agree, at least briefly, that a cold beer beats trolling on Truth Social. The food program has taken a few laps around the culinary racetrack. Over the years, the brewery has hosted a mishmash of pop-ups, including Tex-Mex tacos, Texas BBQ, ramen, and raw bar concepts. These days, Trippy Kitchen leans closer to home with dishes like a Latinized Charc Board and a Parrilla Platter loaded with two cuts of steak, sausages, chicharrones, salad, and arepitas. The kitchen runs tight, so vegetarians can still navigate the menu without calling it early, while vegans are safe with a Pittsburgh Salad of veggies and fries. Trippie events push past the tired brewery playbook of long bottle-release lines and overworked food trucks sweating it out in a parking lot. Skip the Line turns hard-to-reach, viral restaurants into one-stop shops for unlimited bites. Irie Jungle does what many beer festivals only pretend to do: build communities by bringing home-brewers, collaborators ,and competitors together over their shared love of beer. Beyond that, Tripping Animals keeps stacking the calendar with art shows, comedy nights, maker's markets, run clubs, wrestling events, and more live music. Starbucks lost its soul when it stopped feeling like a third place between work and home. Tripping Animals never made that mistake. It remains a clubhouse, a melting pot, and the rare kind of institution where the pours matter, but people matter more.

Overall the vibe is good, they have a few pool tables to pick from as well. My main issues came from service and food. Bartender with long dark curly hair clearly did not want to be there or let me order all the things I was interested in getting. After ordering just the sandwich at the bar she attempts to ring me up, I say can I finish ordering? I ask for a soda, she tries ringing me up again. At that point I just give up. I was about to order an appetizer and a dessert for the table. Turns the screen and suggests a 22+% tip when it's fast food style order and grab at the counter. I thought the contents of the churrasco sandwich were delicious, but too bad it was in between 2 of the hardest pieces of bread I've ever had. You could chip a tooth on that sandwich. If you're in the area it's not bad at all for a little hang out spot, but I'd just not go out of my way to eat here or expect great service.

The restaurant offers a beautiful atmosphere that blends elegance with a lively Middle Eastern vibe, making it perfect for a memorable event. From the moment we started planning, the staff was extremely accommodating and professional. They were responsive, flexible with the setup, and helped organize the seating so our group felt comfortable while still enjoying the energy of the restaurant. For a group of around 50 people, the space worked very well and still felt intimate rather than crowded. The food was one of the highlights of the evening. Guests loved the variety of authentic Middle Eastern dishes, especially the fresh mezze, flavorful grilled meats, and delicious desserts. The presentation was excellent and the portions were generous, which made sharing and enjoying the meal together easy for a large group. The ambiance added a lot to the celebration. The music, lighting, and décor created a festive mood that felt perfect for an engagement party. So overstimulating, way too many tables, way too many people. I had an empanada to start which was awful, had obviously been sitting all day(I do not recommend the ham, tomato, & oregano one).
