They did…read moreabsolutely nothing to assist me other than make me pay out my contract for a product that never worked once THEY updated a part in the console. I had my son-in-law install the part, who is an IT director, and once installed it just beeped and beeped. Never worked. I asked to cancel my service and stopped paying by turning off my credit card for auto payments. But OH NO, I have a 2 year contract & they threaten to send me to collections. They don't support their own product and god forbid if you want someone to service it. You do it yourself. I finally got pissed off and mailed it back to them. Of course, they said it worked perfectly. Do you think they would have given me a new console, since mine was several years old and now had parts updated by THEM? Of course not. They sent it back and I plugged it in, and it did the same thing. As pissed off as I was at that moment I ripped it off the wall and threw the damn thing across the room, then picked up the pieces and threw in the trash. I've been paying for this piece of crap with no service for over a year. Here's the best part, when I caught up on my past due payments a few days after I paid, they charge my new credit card, without my authorization, for $179. They could never explain what that was for. Now I had proof, so I filed a fraudulent complaint with my bank. I got the money refunded by the bank, and Link never acknowledged it, but it no longer shows the charge. Today I sent them a certified check for the balance and told them again to CANCEL my account. NOW my contract with this awful company is over. Don't do business with them, it doesn't matter that you've been a long time customer, they don't give a crap!

Since her retirement, you can see that same level of services has vanished with mostly one star reviews. When I have an issue, I tried to resolve it with Elise, who is completely unprofessional, verbally combative, and snippy. Our system has ALWAYS been set to call us on our cells first, not the two way system. Of course, they proclaim differently. Law enforcement was dispatched, which we are charged for a false alarm. I guess 14 years as a customer means nothing to them. However, then they reply that they strive for the best customer experience and would love to make it right, if given the opportunity. FACT: They were given the opportunity and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make it right. In reviewing several reviews on various sites and platforms, it is evident that their model in business has focused more on greed and less on customer satisfaction. For the record, I have no problem paying more for better service, and I understand that prices increase over the years. What I dont understand and nor will I accept, that customer service goes by the way side. I will continue to share my experience on every platform, social media site, and as a professional in marketing and providing public speaking across the US, thus will become my new opening of how not to treat customers.

    Me and my roommate just had a terrible experience with a security guard at Midtown 360. The man…read morepounded at our door unannounced at 10:50pm multiple times without identifying himself. I have been sick with the stomach flu and the two of us were doing homework and watching tv. We were very fearful of the angry pounding at the door and a lack of identification of who was doing it. Just to add, our apartment door does not have a peephole or anyway to see who is at our door. We are two college girls and do not feel comfortable opening the door for a man who did not identify himself and when we asked who it was only said "security." The man then was extremely rude to my roommate who told him she was timid to open the door due to being scared. He then told her "to stop playing dumb" and told us we were "giggling, playing music, and shushing people in the room." 1. we did not giggle we were dead silent in fear of the aggressive pounding. 2. there was no music playing at all. 3. it was just the two of us in the apartment. I told my parents I was uncomfortable with the interaction and they called to which Scott was extremely rude to my father. Also, we do not have to open our door for hired security and we definitely won't be opening the door for anyone with this company ever again. For any future issues I will be involving REAL law enforcement.
