With decent pricing, location & promises of quick pickup before & after trips, we took a leap. We arrived early morning, following the signs to a parking space. Sure enough, the shuttle pulled up promptly & the driver hopped out to load bags & off we went. After a few trips flying up & down the rows picking up others, we were off to a curbside drop at Hartsfield-Jackson & help with bags again (remember to have a few bucks for tips). Same in reverse n return. We waited about 7 minutes curbside for pickup, were dropped at our car & out we went. They even sent an email reminder with the bar code you need to exit, which worked without a hitch.

We had a very disappointing experience with PreFlight Parking after returning from an international…read moreflight. Our party of 11, consisting of three separate families with 5 children, arrived at the international terminal and called for pickup at 7:01 PM, exactly as instructed. Dispatch told us a shuttle was on the way. After no one arrived, we called a second time and were given the same response. We called a third time after continuing to wait. Finally, at 7:48 PM, Jerome arrived to pick up not only our group but a total of 16 passengers who had been left waiting. Jerome informed us that he had never received notification from dispatch that anyone was waiting at the international terminal, despite our three calls. While we waited, we watched at least six Parking Spot shuttles come and go, making the lack of communication from PreFlight even more frustrating. After nearly 50 minutes of waiting outside with luggage after an international flight, this level of service was unacceptable. To Jerome's credit, he was courteous and professional, and we still thanked him and tipped him because the situation was clearly not his fault. I contacted the general manager afterward, hoping they would make things right with at least a partial refund for the excessive wait. Instead, I was only offered points toward a future reservation, which have no value to us since we will be taking our business elsewhere. During our conversation, the general manager also acknowledged that they are actively working to add more staff. While I appreciate the honesty, staffing challenges should not come at the expense of customers who paid for a service and were left waiting for nearly an hour with no communication. Poor dispatch communication, an excessive wait time, and an unwillingness to provide meaningful customer service recovery have ensured we won't be using PreFlight Parking again.

Here you'll find stores for home décor, athletic outfitting, jewelry, shoes and so on and so on and so on. If your hungry; good...there are all kinds of restaurants/bars to help taper that appetite. This little gem off Howell Mill Road feels more like a mini design district mixed with great restaurants, specialty shops and upscale retail. If you love interiors and design, you could easily wander around here for an afternoon. The directory includes Herman Miller, Design Within Reach, Room & Board, The Shade Store, Serena & Lily, Brick + Mortar, East Fork Pottery and Anthropologie, along with fashion and specialty retailers such as Warby Parker, Free People and lululemon. Then there's the food. Little Sparrow is here, along with Marcel, Forza Storico, Taqueria del Sol, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and several other spots. I came for dinner at Little Sparrow, but ended up enjoying the entire district. The aesthetics are fantastic. Old industrial architecture, brick, covered walkways, string lights and thoughtfully designed storefronts give the whole place character. At dusk, it becomes especially beautiful. It feels polished and affluent without turning into a sterile luxury shopping center. My one complaint: the parking. There is plenty of it, but portions of the lot are noticeably sloped. If you park farther down the incline, unloading your car or simply navigating the grade can be awkward. Watch your footing, especially after rain. Otherwise, what a fantastic little Atlanta discovery. Come for dinner, give yourself time to wander through the design stores, do a little shopping and enjoy the atmosphere. Life is too short not to travel well, so get out there and find your next destination on your journey.

I absolutely love this Buckhead Village District area with its shopping as well as its food…read moreoptions. You also have to get lucky to be able to find parking here on the street. Parking on the street here is super cheap something like a dollar or something an hour, which is incredible compared to Chicago it almost $15-$26 an hour depending on where you are. This area is so super cute and quaint. It has some of the best shops ever and it also has some great eating options where you want to sit down or you just wanna grab something and walk around as well. There is even a huge courtyard area where you can sit outside and have a laptop. Have a meeting and enjoy your coffee as well. I came here several times during my visit to Atlanta for both meals as well as shopping as well as some service work too I would definitely be coming back here again and look forward to more of the empty spaces being filled up with more stores and more food options

So if you don't have a physical card with a functioning strip, you're not getting out of the garage! And restaurants only validate for 2 hours even though 0-3hrs costs $5. If you're over by 1 min...(even if traffic is backed up and it takes almost 10 minutes to get to the exit) you have to pay...with a physical card. A huge bummer. The system needs to be updated with multiple ways to pay ‍

Ha ha haaaaaa!!! (use the voice of the witch from wizard of oz when you read this) As for parking...your best bet is to download the app Parking Panda and reserve your spot. Today the price was jumped to 27.50! Because it is Christmas and there are a lot of Holiday Travelers (according to one employee) "have difficulty finding parking during the Christmas rush so we are raising prices to make money" If Spot is profitable with regular traffic, the when they jump prices 50% then this indeed is a huge windfall. To me it is reminiscent of the people selling water after a natural disaster at exhorabent prices. Since I believe this type of predatory price gouging to be unethical and immoral I will not be using this service going forward. And in addition, the service has taken a nose dive since the buy out. Checking in is now a painfully slow process even when you make a reservation and pay in advance.
