That and the guy they sent REFUSED to put the gasket back on my leaf canister. After the last time he was here, he broke the gasket. Sure it needed to be replaced, but if I can get it on without breaking it, why couldn't he? I'd think twice, but in the downtown Riverside area, there isn't much choice. I'll do it myself.

They sent me photos throughout the job showing me what was wrong and explained what they were doing to fix it. They got everything handled beautifully and I started my parents on weekly service. Repairing the current issue and a month and a half of pool service cost LESS than a trip to COSTCO! What a great deal for my pocketbook with no lack in quality service. At this point, I believe the payments on my project were heavily front-loaded, and I am seriously concerned that my funds have been mishandled. I paid this money trusting that it would be used to complete my pool. I gave Omar chance after chance. At one point, nobody showed up for approximately a month and his explanation was that one worker had sprained his ankle. I accepted that excuse at the time, but I now question how a project of this size could depend on one worker. No actual work has been performed since July 22, 2026. On August 13, Omar sent ONE worker to my property around 1:00 p.m. When I asked the worker on video what work he was there to perform, he eventually said he wasn't sure and that Omar had just sent him there. What really bothered me was what happened after I contacted Omar's wife. Just a week earlier, Omar himself had told me that his wife was involved in making accounting decisions. When I contacted her, Omar became upset and told me that my project was "no longer fun" for him. Those were his exact words. I feel like every time I ask legitimate questions about my project and my money, I get another excuse and somehow Omar plays the victim. I trusted him. I paid almost my entire contract. My pool remains substantially unfinished, I have received preliminary lien notices connected to the project, and now I can't even get consistent communication or work performed. I have payment records, messages, photos and videos documenting my experience. I never wanted it to come to this. I just wanted BluePoint Pools to finish the pool I paid them to build. No pool equipment No poured concrete on excavated areas Tile not complete on barstools, table , sunken , coping around sunken, decking not complete for inspection, mini pebble not done, fire bowls not installed You will see messages that show us speaking about the payment . At this point I only had two payments left 28k and 4k and I was very concerned and requested that he wait on the 28k til more work was done and he said his wife would not allow him to do that because he did that in past and it was a mess and how angry she would be at him. I paid him and guess what no work has been performed since !!!! But I'm including it in here for transparency

Luis, the owner of SOL, provided a very comprehensive breakdown of the work he would perform, he was transparent with his pricing and provided realistic expectations, and his pricing was slightly lower than the competition. On the day of our appointment, I simply put our pool pump on 'Service' mode to prevent the pool equipment from running and Luis did the rest. Luis arrived 20 minutes earlier than his appointment time. He drained our pool extremely quick with his own pump, and immediately began cleaning our tiles. Best of all, I didn't even have to be there. Luis was done within a few hours, and as you can see from the photos, he did a fantastic job! Our tiles look brand new again!
