This salon is very clean and well kept. However, it was very clear that they were just interested in getting you out of there. I paid for a deluxe pedicure but received what would be considered on the bad end of a standard pedicure elsewhere. I also got the gel polish but it wasn't actually shellac but rather a cheaper brand and it shows. After just a week and a half it started peeling off which I've never experienced with gel before. I read the reviews of this place but decided to give it a try anyway since my husband & sons were doing a Guys Day at the mall. BIG MISTAKE! I kept an open mind but noticed small things almost immediately. For one the shop only had 3 employees. Just 3. I've been to shops smaller than this one & they kept a minimum of 5-7 employees. Second, the selection of nail polish that were not gel was complete crap. I just said screw it & went with white. Third, the customer service when we initially walked in was just terrible. A younger male employee walked to the front, put some stuff away, but didn't even bother to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. I honestly should've left but it was so close to the mall so I just ignored it. When they sat me down there were already 3 ppl in the pedicure chairs & 1 lady finishing her manicure. Do the math, we're running out of employees here. So the female employee says she's gonna call a PT employee but no one ever showed. As soon as I sit down a family of 3 walks in for a pedicure. About 15-20 min after they sit down a family of 2 comes in for a pedicure. I requested the most expensive pedicure because it came with an hr long massage. Well my entire pedicure took 45min. My hour long massage lasted maybe 5 min each foot/leg if I'm being generous. & when the male employee was filing & cutting, he was trying to rush so he definitely made me bleed a few times. My toes are still sore! My entire pedicure was rushed cause they were trying to get to the new ppl coming in. Then the cherry on top of all of this was the polish. It was so sloppy & rushed! He didn't even clean up his work. My husband had to clean it up for me once we got home. I paid & didn't tip. It cost me $55 to learn that this is a crappy nail salon with crappy services. Do yourself a favor & pick somewhere else! read more

After trying a few nail shops around town I've come to the conclusion that this is a hit or miss. Their customer service is great, the complimentary wine is a plus and the prices are decent. The place has a very classy feel to it. I would have preferred the gentleman who did my solar nails to have done my pedi because the white foreign lady did a poor job at trimming and painting. When I returned on a different day, the lady was in such a hurry to do my fill that she left it looking uneven and jagged until I had her fix... it over and over. This was my third trip to this salon and my last. First two were fine but this time I got there early, there was only one employee and I was the only customer. The girl who gave me a manicure and pedicure was talking on her phone in Vietnamese until she was almost finished. Another employee came in and she immediately hung up her phone and hid it in a drawer. She had me sit with my feet under the dryer for twenty minutes, I did not have a watch and could not see a clock. After sitting there quite a while I wanted to know if my time was up. Since she was back on her phone I had to yell to make her hear me. On my way out I realized that the polish she used was so thick that it was already coming off. Very clean and relaxing. Came in for a mani/pedi. Only thing is I wished they massaged hands and feet longer especially when you pay extra for deluxe. They kept trying to sell me the shellac polish which I had no interest in. The man painted my nails very nicely but speaking in English in front of your clients is highly recommended. read more

Tina did my nails. I did not like her service at all. She was rushing through my manicure, she did not make me feel welcomed, and she was rude. To make things even worse, she did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. She did not shape them evenly, the painting was awful, and she made my nails too thick. After her noticing some flaws, she used HER OWN nails to remove the excess from under my acrylics, instead of the machine. Which lead her to mess up the polish, therefore re-coating it & making it too thick. I will never return to this salon. My money will be worth more elsewhere. It doesn't even deserve 1 star! read more

I have been coming to this salon for for about 4 years and always had the same person do my nails. I loved how she did them and was pleasant. However, the last 2 times I've been in, different people have done my nails. Both of these people cut me at different times during the manicure. The first time they apologized profusely and we moved on. This time the technician blew off the fact that I was bleeding and asked why I kept looking at my finger. He then messed up 4 of my nails and was going to just leave it. I asked him to fix it, he chose to get out the dremel and start over completely instead of just painting a new layer over it which would have solved the problem. While doing this he cut me for the 2nd time in less than an hour. Again, he didn't apologize. He then fixed my nails and charged me $40 for a simple manicure. I will never go back to this salon. Worst nail salon I've ever been to! The first and only I've gone to since moving to the area. The lady who did my nails was rude from the start. She acted like she didn't want me to be there. I put aside my feelings, got a full set with gel. When I left, I figured it didn't matter. My nails were done and I was happy. I went on vacation the next day. Horrible time for one of my nails to come off. TWO DAYS after getting them done. Never visiting this place again. Would have been better off with Walmart press-ons. read more

My nails were done in 15 minutes and lasted less than a week. The nails were put over mine without trimming my own nails. I had material getting in between the acrylic nail and my nails which didn't look very appealing. The nails started pealing off in less than a week. This place did a terrible job on my nails and toes! Second time going there and I didn't learn from the first time. The first time I went I got a gel manicure and the gel peaked off within 5 days. This time I got gel on acrylic and the gel is bumpy and not clean. And the inner part of my toes aren't painted. The girls and I came in on a friday, with appointments to have nails done before my wedding on Saturday. The lady who applied the gel polish was very short and rather rude. She did a horrible job to boot. Saturday night on of the nails broke off! Not more than 24 hours later. Now, 4 days later a second has come off. I've not done anything drastic to cause them to come off. It was shoddy work all around. Paid for a deluxe pedi and didn't get everything that came with it. We chose this place because of decent reviews and they served wine. We had to ask a few times for the wine. All in all, a horrible experience. I had one of the worst experiences here I have ever had while getting my nails done. A women walked out while I was waiting to have my nails done as the man working was being extremely rude to her. I was receiving a fill for acrylics and the man doing my nails refused to shorten them. I gave him cash as well as my debit card when paying and asked that he put the cash towards the bill and charge the rest on the card after which he proceeded to pocket the cash as his "tip" and charge the whole amount on my card. When I asked about the cash not being credited to the bill he yelled at me that he would give it back and that I should have given him a tip then slammed the money in front of me causing me to walk out as well. I got my nails done Sunday afternoon French hard polish that is suppose to last that night before my Xmas party it started to peel off and still is. I wanted a basic new set with polish and this salons prices were very reasonable compared to other places. My first reaction walking in was it was beautiful the way they have their set up and decor. They were a little busy since we came at the end of the day but made sure every person got serviced. Overall the customers coming in seemed like they've been coming to this location for awhile! I will definitely be coming back but next time i might have to have a different person do my acrylics since the gentlemen seemed like that wasn't his main job. This was worst pedicure experience I've ever had. So much so that I told him to stop and let me leave. When I first got there they sat me down in a chair put my feet in the water and then put the tin foil and acetone on my fingernails to remove the gel polish. The guy kept sniffling and wiping his nose on his shirt, he started the pedicure and moved slower than a sloth. The pedicure included 2 separate 10 and 15 minutes massages, he placed exfoliant on my leg and then rinsed it off, while applying lotion he was falling asleep, like head between his knees fingers draped over my foot asleep, I asked the other guy next to him if he was okay and he ignored me... this all took over an hour... so I took off the tin foil and said I'm going to leave I don't want you to finish this. He began to scrape my finger with the medal took completely missing my nail and I told him to stop and just let me leave. He then said okay it'll be $45. I told I wouldn't pay full price since he was falling asleep and didn't complete the pedicure and didn't do any massage. He said okay $35, I told him $25 was all I was willing to pay, and I even regret that. I will never be back, I recommend you never go either! read more
