Typically when you go to a salon, you request a specific person because you only like how one person does it. I have never done that here. I always feel like no matter who does my nails, they always do a great job. I will say, i do oftentimes prefer Tina, because she does amazing work & is super sweet. she also knows how to make great conversation and can sense when i am not feeling super talkative as well. The salon itself is very clean and calming. The staff maintains the salon well and they even bring you a snack and a drink when doing your nails. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I have gotten a mani pedi for $130 and a full acrylic set from $70 - $120 (depending on length and style) sometimes i get a simple medium length chrome french tip ($70) or sometimes i get long nails with a different design on each nail ($120). they are very talented and do an amazing job regardless. I don't see myself going anywhere else other than here. I can safely say i've found my favorite salon!

I have had a lot of so-so pedicures and a handful of amazing ones. Linda is a talented nail tech and caring person. I actually had a lot of compliments on her work and I appreciate them myself. I was able to book an appointment via the phone the day before and when I went in I was sat right away, no waiting. It was packed and everyone was so busy but I do feel like my reservation was valued, where sometimes at other salons it doesn't feel like it means anything. 5 star service all around and many thanks to all of the helpful people who work here but especially Linda.

I called for an appointment about 30 minutes prior to request a manicure and a spa pedicure. Upon arrival her shop was very clean, tidy and welcoming. Before she started the services she explained to me the pricing to make sure I was comfortable and I appreciated her transparency and honesty. During and after she checked in and asked me how I liked the mani and pedi. Lastly, I had some work done on my two big toes and she didn't try to upsell me on things that were not healthy for my feet (e.g., acrylic overlay). No problem I understand we all wanna go home after a long day, but I'm still at work. We arrived for our pedicure at 5 PM and were immediately seated. We were done with our pedicures at 5:26. I told them no multiple times. Pushed so much i ended up okaying gel on her nails. For my pedicure i got gel. Picked the same green color as my daughters. My toenails were all different shapes and sizes. While i was looking at them the lady rushed me to put the paraffin wax on my feet. Once they were done the color was very splotchy, nails were slanted not straight, and gel paint was all over my skin. I asked nicely to make them straight but the lady was not understanding me and saying they were straight. They offered to fix but at that point it was too late and i had to get going. I called to get them fixed the next day because the gel polish was literally getting stuck on my socks. I came back to get them redone i asked to not cut at all because i like my toenails with a bit length. He ended up filing them down very short and the nails were still not straight. I had to file one myself because he couldn't get it straight. Color did look better but my toes literally hurt from being filed so much. One big toe is longer than the other and they're still not straight. Will not be coming back.

I asked for their base (basic) pedicure with regular polish. The tech wasn't happy with the request. She did try to sell the gel polish but I have my reasons for not wanting gel. Nail trim - okay Cuticle care (push back)- barely did it Cuticle care (trim) - rough, clipped my right toe but no blood Rinse off of scrub- missed the back of my calves and I rinsed my calves off myself. Massage - didn't care for it.. similar to rubbing in your own lotion... less than 2 minutes total..wiped off the lotion and oil that didn't absorb with hot towel.

Recently I lost my long time hair dresser, when she moved back to Arizona. If you have LOTS of hair that is thick and somewhat coarse as well as cowlicks to hard to find someone that knows how to work with it or has patience. Jaime took good care of my hair leaving it again feeling soft and easier to care for and took off the damage due to flat irons and working out often. Picked this salon noticing a few others commenting about coming out of way to have their hair done here. I agree and see why. Well one more excuse for me to jump in car and have local getaway. Or make good about my career aspirations that include moving to be closer.
