I asked for Option 1, 60 mins body and foot which is $50, and was told to get this other one i usually get (with $10 price increase) because they couldn't do the $50 one for 3 people at the same time. My sister and I were shown to our rooms where our masseuses started. My mum waited for 15 minutes for her masseuse to even show and start. My sisters masseuse started to walk on her back. She immediately told them no as she has back issues in which case she just pushed and pressed on her back, no real massage was done. We were very disappointed and let down. When leaving I handed all the cash I had left for tips and the lady started yelling and demanding $20 per person for tip. $20 on a $60 dollar massage is 33 % tip. It's safe to say we will not be coming back.

I paid for the works, an "anti-aging" 2 hour experience with all the items offered. The website stated youd receive a hair analysis but they didn't really explain anything. Just took a picture before & after and said a few things, like healthy scalp but a little build up, no real insight in my hair or how to make it healthier. I didn't have easy communication with my tech either because she didn't speak English. I didn't receive all the items listed on the website/list at location. When I mentioned I didn't receive the steam service etc. the gentleman told me I must have received it while my mask was on, hmmm... I think I would have noticed if I had steam on my head . Also there were other things missing like the red light comb etc, which they couldn't argue because my mask wasn't on anymore. I was given $10 off instead of getting the rest of the items they didn't provide. Maybe I had too high of expectations on what I would experience here. Had thought it would have more of a spa atmosphere, get information about my scalp & hair and receive all the services listed. While I didn't hate it, I wouldn't go back to this location. I had had a similar session in Washington and loved it.
