I get things the next day because I might be lucky enough to live in the area. But I feel like no matter what, they ship things out the day of or the day following your purchase date. Recently, I purchased a pump that would help extract the water when i'm cleaning my hot tub. It was packaged in a strange way from the manufacturer. The hose was crimped and virtually unusable, or it would be damaged if we tried to straighten it out. I went through their process to file a claim, and I was immediately notified that I'd hear within twenty-four hours, and i was. I sent pictures of the packaging and the crimped hose. My recommendation to them was to just send me a new hose. Instead, they sent me in an entire new unit and said to not worry about returning the damaged one. I call that amazing customer service. I received something that was damaged, and they responded in a way that made it super easy for me. I call that fantastic customer service and I will continue to be a lifetime customer of the spa depot.

This place doesn't have the fancy sales you get from larger shops and sometimes things seemed to move along a little slowly but they saved us from 2 to 4k over other shops offering same tub. Getting the tub to our backyard was tricky but they had the tub well wrapped and sent lots of guys to do the job. They also gave us an incredible discount for paying cash instead of credit.
