This place doesn't have the fancy sales you get from larger shops and sometimes things seemed to move along a little slowly but they saved us from 2 to 4k over other shops offering same tub. And they dealt honestly with us snd saved us lot of money so I can't ask for anything more. Getting the tub to our backyard was tricky but they had the tub well wrapped and sent lots of guys to do the job. They also gave us an incredible discount for paying cash instead of credit. Took it back home and set it on hot tub and it is the wrong size, straps in wrong location etc. Now mind you an employee input all dimensions etc based on the model description we gave him.....also purchased it there. About a year ago, I rented out my home in hopes that my property would be taken care of, but it wasn't. My previous renter damaged my master bed windows, carpets and hot tub cover torn apart because of the renter's dog, and my Lifecast hot tub tripped which costed me almost $2K in total repairs. Now that I terminated the lease and moved back in, my first task was to fix the damage that was done. I had to buy a new cover for my hot tub. Due to my disability, the cover was difficult to handle because of its weight and bulky shape. That's when I did some research on spa depot and bought a cover captain to ease my difficulty. Once it arrived, I called Clean Hot Tub to schedule the install which was done costing only $120 including the cleaning and refill. A couple months had past and I decided to invest in a spa side umbrella because I'm not a fan of the bright summer sun. Again I called Mark to stop in next week for the install. That day came and Mark showed up exactly on time and immediately got started on the umbrella install. After about 1.5 hours later, everything was done with a freshly filled tub and umbrella installed. Mark even provided instructions on how to operate it which made it incredibly easy for me. Total cost was about $150 plus tip because Mark is really awesome when it comes to caring for my hot tub investment. Clean Hot Tub is a great business to use. Mark is incredibly nice, informative and the most affordable. I plan on setting up a recurring service the next time I plan to rent out my property again. Hopefully I'll get more responsible renters lol.

Frank showed up on the wrong day....he then let himself into our pool house and got started without me on the property. He didn't seem to know how to work our older Penatair system. He struggled with the controls then told me the jacuzzi was broken and might need $6-7k of repairs. He said he heater was also possibly broken and that he would do research on the parts and text me a quote. K never heard back. Since what Frank told me was the opposite of our pool inspector before we bought the home, I decided to have a second opinion. Jacuzzi is working great and heater works. Everything Frank said was wrong. I later went to a local pool and spa store and mentioned my experience and was told he is known in the areanfor scamming people. DO NOT go with this guy!

We start the prop with the designer showing up with no tape measure! This should have been a clue! Problems with incorrect sizes and material requirements rained supreme during this nightmare. Deposits were paid in September for an April start date, only to find out one day one of the project there would be delays because the required materials were not ordered. Oh by the way if they say you need 20 plants or 16 pavers and they only use 5 of each, they keep the rest. It's in the contract! Oh did I mention that if they stated you need 15 plants and you need 20 they will sell you the other 5 from inventory left over from other jobs! Yes, paid twice for the same plant! By the way, the plants they bring only have a warranty if you buy their installed sprinkler system for an additional cost. On and on and on it went! In the end I gave up, tired of fighting for what should have been common sense! Stay away from this company!!
