    Marshall from Olympic Hot Tub in Tacoma is the man you want. His buddy Tab Birdsell is also great…read more I want to start off by saying Marshall was super patient and answered all my questions. I was between jacuzzi and Hot Spring tubs and Marshall was great with making sure I got the best deal and quality tub for my needs. As a seasoned combat vet my body has some issues with it and he made it easy to decide what was going to take care of my body over the long haul. He got me a reasonable price and was able to sweeten it up with a cover lifter and took care of the delivery fee for me. I know this wasn't a typical sale, but I do appreciate the honesty, integrity, and patience Marshall showed me. I'm super stoked on the team that will be taking care of my tub in the future. Delivery was easy as it gets, they were a good team. I had some weird anomaly within the hot tub control panel at first based off previous model of the Hot Spring Relay, but the new 2025 model is slightly different and ended up being perfectly fine. I honestly found my experience to have been smooth, quick, and reliable. I look forward to owning and using my new Hot Spring Relay for the next 20-30 years. Thanks Marshall and I appreciate the Olympic Hot Tub Team.

We have had terrible communication with Olympic Hot Tubs many departments etc. customers service, scheduling, the actual delivery company, a technician department, water scheduling department. They just blame the other department and pass us along. Initial 2 week shipping delay, with ZERO communication from Olympic we called frustrated. They said it would be here the following week, it was, with still terrible communication poor scheduling but it arrived BROKEN has a crack in the front panel and missing parts. We cant use it while we wait for them to bring the parts. Again they scheduled us for someone to come out and bring the parts. NO SHOW NO CALL. some department dropped the ball again! We are still looking at our empty broken hot tub. We are still struggling with Olympic Hot Tub's lack of concern and lack of communication.

It replaced a Marquis Euphoria Spa I bought more than twenty years ago. The folks at Aqua Rec were great to work with, as I needed to remove my old spa to tear out the old deck and build a new one, since I didn't think it had another twenty years of life left in it. The crew of Juan, Andrew, and one other delivery person was joyful, professional, and efficient. However, the company should return to a four-person crew, particularly for the bigger tubs. When three guys struggle with a big tub moving over uneven ground, someone will get hurt or property damaged.

They came back and fixed that issue but never installed the thermostat for the stove. There was one there from the old insert but was 20 years old. Finally after multiple calls they came and installed it. A week later the stove quit working. Made multiple calls spoke every time to David the manager. Always promises to talk to someone about it etc. I left 3 messages with no return css as ll. No heat in the house and it is 40 degrees out! Finally reached out to Kelly at the Puyallup location and within two hours he called back and set up a tech to come out. Finally it is working thanks to him. Bought the insert in November and it took multiple calls to get it fixed. Run don't walk away from the Fircrest location, once they have your money they are done with you! Worst customer service that I have ever seen!

Everyone at Black Pine was supportive and helpful. One of the service experts even said "I'll treat you as well as I would my mom and dad". He definitely did. We got great service where they really cared for us. Specifically the technician Black Pine sent, Isaac, did a great job getting our spa running again. At 15 years old, it is a much older model than anything they currently sell. That did not matter to them. They never used that as an excuse. Isaac just focused on getting it running again. Isaac was very professional, and kept us informed of the repairs as he worked. I highly recommend Black Pine, they stand behind what they sell.

He already knew what I called for. The Jets on one side of the hot tub we're not working so already he knew what the problem was. I told him I'm going to run in and get my shoes and I'll be right back out. I went outside and heard the Jets running and asked him what did you do to get the Jets working he said he just turned a knob on the top of the hot tub. He was at my home for less than 10 minutes and he was already back in his truck leaving. My question is how many times have you had a service tech come out to your house to fix one of your appliances hot tubs pools anything and he charged you after he finished the work. But in my case the money was already taken out of my account a week and a half earlier. I worked hard for my money and I feel that I was robbed. This was at the end of April 2026. GO SOME PLACE ELSE. I WONDER WHERE DID MY $329.20 REALLY GO. LARGE ITEMS GO SOME PLACE ELSE. PLEASE.

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again
