I recently visited this store with my teenage daughter, excited to explore options for a hot tub and sauna as part of a larger outdoor renovation project. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but welcoming. The man who helped us (if you can call it that) seemed completely uninterested in making a sale. He didn't offer to show us any options, barely answered our questions, and made it clear through his tone and body language that our presence was an inconvenience. At no point did he ask for my name or offer to follow up--basic courtesy and sales 101. It's too bad. I was ready to invest in quality products and ongoing service, but after that interaction, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service matters--and being made to feel like a nuisance rather than a potential customer is not something I'm willing to overlook. read more

Tub delivered as promised in late June by one team, expected next day follow up to to start tub, we were then told "sorry cannot get to you until July 10th" so we then got to just look at the tub for about 2 weeks. Tub was damaged upon delivery with multiple assurances of a quick follow up, all follow up has been initiated by us and as of 8/14/2023 we are still waiting. You will be on your own if you spend your money with this company, if after sale support is a component of your purchase decision you will not find it with this organization. read more

This is our first hot tub, so we chose Olymic Hot tub because of their reputation. We spent about a year making the decision during that time we went to home shows and hot tub shows. No one else gave us the confidence that they would be able to support us beyond the initial transaction. With in the first two weeks of ownership we had some extreme water issues. I took a water sample to the showroom to have it tested. With out asking, our sales associate Kim was all over it. She said lets go and did a site visit and got us back on track ! We bought our hot tub a couple years ago, and John Massey was our salesman. This dude is awesome! He took such great care of us, and still emails us to check in and make sure everything is going well with our hot tub. As far as customer service goes, you really cannot beat this place. Sure, you could probably find a hot tub for a few bucks cheaper online, but you won't get the level of service that is provided by buying it locally from the dealer. We bought the 7-seat tub, and we love the size because the whole family can comfortably fit. We still struggle to keep the water pristine, so if we could do it all over again we probably would have purchased the salt water model as opposed to the one that uses moderate chemicals since it's easier to maintain. All in all, we really enjoy our hot tub! read more

We loved our Limelight Hot Tub Flair model from the first day we got it. The economical operating cost and low upkeep is great, but after a year of using it we noticed we weren't going in it as much because we were starting to have dry skin problems.Then we switched to SilkBalance natural water care for spas. What a difference SilkBalance made, no more dry skin, no weekly testing, and always crystal clear water that you don't even feel the need to shower off after use. Go to the lacy showroom (others probably have them too) and take your swimsuit as they have some tubs with Silkbalance in them and try before you switch, that's what we did. We absolutely love our hot tub and, after having it for five months, still use it daily. We found it is an awesome way to unwind after a long day at work. I do not normally write reviews. That is how impressed I am. My spa shopping experience was with Rick absolutely exceptional. I am one of those customers. One who needs everything explained, in depth, multiple times. I had specific questions about each tub, about filtration systems and care. Rick was so courteous and patient even after hours and multiple visits of working with me. I never felt pressured or that I was wasting his time. He presented himself in a warm, gentle and professional manner. I ended up deciding to wait on purchasing the tub until I can build a screened in porch to house it. I had already given a deposit. There was no hassle in getting a full refund. Prior to issuing it Rick and another staff member did inquire if there was anything they could do to help me find a solution without making me feel pressured or that I would have to fight to get the refund. Rick showed exemplary customer service that is so rare to find. As a matter of fact, when I do purchase a hot tub I will go all the way up to the Issaquah store (where he is transferring) just to work with him again. Great job Rick! read more
