Diana has been my go to aesthetician for the last 5 years. Every time I visit her spa , I feel refreshed. She is patient and does not rush through things, she always suggests what your skin needs. I have never received a facial before, but decided to go to Diana after reviewing many yelp reviews. She is very sweet and thorough! The location was serene and therapeutic. During the facial, Diana used very smooth creams that smelled amazing. She also gave a nice shoulder and neck message. The 75 minutes went by really fast! I came back for a back extraction and that was nice as well besides the painful extractions. I'm sure she did the best she could to make sure it was as painless as it could be. Wow, I had a wonderful facial this afternoon. Diana has moved back to her old location off of Cahalan and I am so happy to have her nearby. I had the deep cleansing facial and every minute of it was so relaxing. She spends every moment with you and will give you a décolletage massage while your mask is working. This review is a long time coming. I think the first time I had a facial with Diana was in 2013. Unfortunately, I do not get them as often as one would like, but once in awhile I will treat myself to a facial. Even though I don't go regularly, she still remembers me. THE FACIAL ITSELF She is a master at facials. My skin always feels so much better after she does her work. She customizes it based on skin type. She provides a lovely massage, that often puts me to sleep. 0_o THE VALUE Her prices are competitive with the area. Actually, her prices are more than fair and possibly not as expensive. (I haven't priced them lately, so I can't provide exact details.) She also offers monthly specials. DIANA She is so sweet. She is such a down-to-earth person. One of the things that I love about Diana is that she isn't pushy. She provides some feedback about what types of products would be good for daily care, but she doesn't shove it down your throat. Sidenote: I mention this because a long time ago, a friend and I frequented a spa that employed many estheticians. It was a pretty large spa. What appeared as helpful guidance for future care for your face was a veiled sales tactic - with a list of products not only on the paper, but sitting there for you. I always felt guilty saying no. I just had a facial here this past weekend, and I have to say I really loved it. My skin has been extremely dry this past year, and now it is very hydrated. A few months ago, I made an appointment for my friend and I, thinking it could be a lil party. But when we got there, we found out that they only took one person at a time. Spa Severino is a small but cute location, just made for that special single person to come in. I had a facial done by Kali, who was really sweet and made my experience so lovely. She took really good care of my face because I had some acne and some ugly big pores on my skin. Music and massage was very relaxing, that I almost could have fallen asleep through the soothing touches on my face and shoulders. 75 minutes felt really long, but I loved every minute of it. I liked that this spa provided me some water and snacks. Next day my face started clearing up with less breaking out. I went last week, and currently today my face is totally FLAWLESS and I do not need to wear that much make-up anymore! Results are great, and customer service is excellent here. The experience for this place was rather amazing. What's more amazing is the service. Diana provided extraordinary service. She was really friendly and that was really something good to hear. So with the deep cleanse process she had for the monthly promotion, she explained the process of it all. Now the good portion was very pleasant, then she gave me a warning to be ready for the extractions. It's all good till there, but boy, it sure does hurt like no other. After the extraction she provided some skincare tip and she was very knowledgeable and of course I would have expected much. There is a little downside,but just a minor one. The location is like a little doctor plaza, but it just needed a little bigger sign somewhere around there. Just gotta walk around and find the spa a bit.
