Gel polish on my cuticles and toenail not polished completely.

I chose this nailshop to experience the volcano pedicure $100.00. I'm from California and was in Arizona for my mother's surgery. Since the surgery was gonna be 6 hrs I decided to go relax and try to keep my mind off of the surgery. I was tired and exhausted. I arrived after driving 20 miles and was greeted by Vince who was not friendly at all! The nail tech that handles my services was Toni. For my colors I chose a manicure and design set from their website, but wanted the colors on my toes. Once Toni finished it it looked nothing like what was on the site. I asked are you going to do the design and he replied "you want that?" ummmm yes. I was so disappointed in the whole look that I just didn't care anymore. If you have a design on your website then you should be able to deliver if a customer wants it. I will never ever come to this nail shop again. I wasted $100.00 on rudeness and no talent. I also want to add that Toni was also very heavy handed. He would snatch my foot and aggressively put it under the UV Led lamp. Just an overall terrible experience. As soon as I touch down in California I'm immediately taking this polish off.

Dirty tools that they took out dirty, used on me and then put right back without cleaning them. It was disgusting!

Do not go here. This was the dirtiest salon I've ever seen, had horrible treatment, and significantly overcharged. Their groupon for a volcano pedicure, says the original price is $130 and that they were offering a 30% off coupon on groupon for it only be $91. However, the sign on their wall says that volcano pedicure only costs $65. I didn't notice this until after, when we were checking out. When I asked the manager, he said that they don't set their prices on Groupon, that Groupon chooses the prices for them, which is not how Groupon works. He then told me if I had wanted the normal price, I should have booked it directly through them and not through the "discount" on Groupon and that their prices on groupon are consistently changing and won't align with the actual price of the service. The pedicure itself was horrendous. I took my mother for mother's day. Her chair was duct taped together and my chair was rocking. If I leaned back, the chair wanted to flip backward. They then had issues with the tub of water that I was using, and were consistently going from touching other people's feet to dipping their hands into my water to try to fix it while I waited my turn, because the jet wasn't working right. Then going from having their hands in the water that my feet were in, back to touching other customers' feet without rinsing their hands off or washing them. At one point, the guy working on my mother next to me, who was using gloves, then came over and started touching my feet with product on his gloves that he had just been rubbing directly on her feet. Then after touching her feet with the product, touching my feet, he went right back to her feet. During the pedicure, when she did the callous remover on the bottom, I flinched a couple times because I'm ticklish, and she very angrily scolded me to not move. In addition to how dirty the place was and all of the broken equipment, they were pulling out tools like a massage gun, their clippers, and a callous grater that were dirty. She was using her hands to wipe off chunks of wax, lotion, and callus from other people before using it on me. With the cuticle trimmers, the nail clippers and the tools she used to push the cuticles back, she was very rough and aggressive, and it hurt. She then put them right back into the tool kit without cleaning them. The hot towels they used were shredded and noticeably dirty, not only did it leave stuff on my legs and feet when she got done, wiping them, but one of my legs and feet broke out in hives after she used it. And the whole time the person in the chair next to me was talking to the person she came with, and my girl could not control her facial expressions and kept turning and giving the girl next to me a nasty glare, and then talking to the nail tech next to her in a different language. They would both then turn and stare at the girl telling the story with dirty looks, very obviously talking shit. On top of how unhygienic, unprofessional, and what a rip-off It was, they had an egg roll station sitting up front with food sitting out at unsafe temperatures, waiting to go in the warmer, and then a warmer of egg rolls that had been sitting there for at least the hour that we were there untouched. This place was absolutely horrible. I don't understand how they're still in business.

Went in for a gel pedicure and dipping powder set. Gel pedicure was fine. The tech asked what i had on my nails and i said it was dipping powder. She asked multiple times which gave me the impression she wasn't familiar. I decided to ask for a manicure instead and it's the worst manicure I've ever seen. Didn't file my nails, left residue, no shape on my nails and i still have powder from previous session. Terrible work! $100 down the drain.

Customer service and English language and communication skills. Discrimination -they don't know English and the it is your fault for trying and even asking for help form other workers and manger who also is very rude and arrogant. Unhonest scamers who swipe the Geoupon they offer for you to buy without giving you the service you paid for, not even starting. Being nasty with people pushing them to choose color every 2 minutes asking once you seat in the chair without letting you relax or decide what you want! and nether understanding when their numbers don't match with their colors they insist on rushing you and then making you look like a full bc you point on the color but they bring you the other it seems like the number you said - who knows which color is which number toot number or bottom number lol - I am picking colors pointing to it and I am paying and when I go to the SPA LIKE THEY CLAIME TO BE I WOULD LIKE TO RELAX NOT BEING BULLIED BY SOMEONE WHO CANNOT PERFORM THEIR JOB BECAUSE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THEIR CLIENT RHEY DINT SPEAK ENGLISH MOR OTJER LANGUAGE I CAN Understand TAKE MY MONEY AND TELL ME THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVE ME BC I AM TAKING TOO LONG TO CHOOSE THE COLOR . Scan my vouchers prior and send me home on my last day before vacation without any mani pedi with my money spent on their Grouoon being rude for no reason as I am returning customer of at least 3 times and who always tries to be flexible with them as they do cheat with Geouon - be careful - if you bUY their Geouon do not show manager before hand - bc he would swipe it before you get service and then if you don't like it or they don't do it at all like in my case then it is on you- get American Express credit card to pay for those Geouons - so it can be disputed bc they stand by you 100% compare to Geouon and their vendors - and MY BIGEST SUGESTION - just buy Geouon after you call for appointment- right when they finish - so if you don't open something you can complain and also trade your Groupon - DO NOT SHOW GROUPON TO RHEM BEFRORe - it is their trick to swipe it before you get your nails done --ALSO- IF YOU WANT MASSAGE EXTRA TIKE - DONT pay for it here - they use Massge gun and it is not pleasant they cheer here also. DO NOT buy botanical pedicure - bc you know what they do: they put 2 little small bases of fake flowers next to you smelling like their establishment - making you feel like you in botanical garden - NOT! Gosh you think these people care - no- these salon DOESNT Care- they don't appreciate when you as the returning customer leave them a little better tip for them to recognize you and be balky to see you again- NAHhhh - their faces are dull - (not all there are very sweet couple of techs I was not able to have service with but always got this materialistic mean lady who did NOT speak English didn't not smile and didn't not understand at all my needs . Sad place - they also cheered on Geouon prices - make sure they give you what you pay for . I missed on tech she was on vacation today - maybe she was main one bc when she was there - she at least tried compre to manger and the red hair one . I had $15 on the vouchers they gave me for discount and when I showed them today they refused all the services for me just because I was not getting the color I wanted from the number book lay out they had and I dis not want their choose of color - I wanted to see 2 shades next to each other but they refused to show me . I don't understand- maybe they don't need customers anymore or maybe they don't want GROUPON Customers ANYMORE - but I don't see people coming to this location just because - it is not a pretty place either . Not sure but feeling like USA going down hill with people nearing able to work here without knowing English, take your money, cheer you out , be rude to you in front of other clients , and discriminate you per their manager saying - i was taking long time choosing - while both of them look at me puzzeled when I ask them please can I see those two colors side by side - aahhhhh go back to your country and before you start work here again learn English And make sure to get your working permit !NEVER AGAIN

I've been coming to this shop for awhile now and up until recently never had an issue. The last two times, literally the day after, I have had to return to the shop for the owner to fix my nails. I am not sure if it is the nail tech who has been working on my nails (as she is the common denominator in all of this) the dry equipment or or poor quality polish being used on my nails. While I appreciate the owner fixing my nails and the staff is always nice, I spend too much money on my nails to be inconvenienced and have to drive out of my way 17 mins one way to have my nails fixed literally one day after getting them done. I will not be returning and will have to find another nail salon.

My dipped nails looked like teeth, my cuticles were not done and I lost 3 nails in 48 hours. Thank goodness they offer a warranty! :) Kim totally saved the day! She removed the dip (I wish I could upload the video) clipped my cuticles and brought my hands to life! looking and feeling clean. I would have appreciated an apology and not treated like I was just am complaining customer. The service provided on Saturday was horrible!! I do realized one bad experience does not mean a bad place of service so I will return but I will only book with Tony and Kim.

Customer service was a 1. Merchant cancelled appointment on my end and wouldn't honor the price due to their error. Ended up being seen by another nail salon.

This "spa" uses dirty equipment and dirty towels. They used boiling hot wax and burned me on the tops of my feet. Not only was the equipment dirty, the pedicurist applied lotion to my legs, then without washing or changing gloves, worked on another customer's legs, then back to mine. He was in such a rush, that he jabbed me several times with the metal tools. The pedicurist next to me had a massager that was caked with lotion and who knows what, and barely wiped it with a towel before using it on my daughter. They are also selling egg rolls to go, but I do not think they have a license for that, and are NOT using safe food prep procedures. When we arrived, they had a display of egg rolls in a warmer and more on the table, not refrigerated. They did not make more and throw any away while we were there, so they had to be old and unsafe. My chair was duct taped and my daughter's was so loose, if she leaned back, the chair seemed like it was going to fall over. The polish was thick and clumpy and he kept adding acetone to it, but it still went on CLUMPY. Please see attached photos of where they burned me and the bad polish.

I went to this nail salon after being with the same nail tech for a couple of years. My nail tech has become in a very big hurry and was cutting my often with the drill. This place was VERY refreshing!! A nice calm environment with calming music playing and lots of other patrons relaxing while receiving services. The techs were honest with me. I came in for a full but left with a full set because my previous set was lifting and causing a problem with my natural nails. The techs here are kind, careful and listen to what you would like. They all seem very well educated in their business, and the place is spotless and clean. I absolutely will be back in 2 weeks for my fill! Thank you to the staff for being awesome and ahhhhmazing!!

I took my sons Fiancé there for her birthday. They did a good job with the pedicure and it was reasonably priced. These nails however are ridiculous. They charged her $75 for her nails. They cut her multiple places, her pinky nail sticks way up. So for nails I would say skip it. read more

DO NOT USE SALON SERVICES HERE -poor hair styling skills that led to botched hair -HORRIBLE customer service that refuse to acknowledge mistakes and have the audacity to say I owed them money. I went in with 2 requests upon arriving at Spatastic, bleach my regrowth (about 5 inches) and blend it with my existing blonde. I ended up leaving with completely uneven, multicolored hair and scalp burns. She took a before picture but didn't take an after picture, probably because she knew the quality of work she had done was poor. She told me it would improve with washing but its still horrible. I asked the Salon for a refund on the $150 service charge since further hair consultations told me I would need color correction but they refused. They told me my hair was fine even though I sent pictures and even accused me of not paying the full cost of my service. Well I hate to say this but I wasn't satisfied with my visit. 1. I made an appointment and still has to wait 45 mins 2. I made it clear to the nail tech exactly what I wanted and she still did something else. I had to get Vanh to translate for me because of a language barrier I suppoThe lady nail the with the brown hair with bangs did my pedicure and seemed very upset with me for correcting the other nail tech. 3. When I went home, I took a good look at my toes and it's obvious she didn't even bother shaping them, I just looks like she painted over the acrylic overlay. 4. Lastly, I was charged for all fake Nails on my toes when I only got tips on my big toes and the rest with acrylic OVERLAY tried to explain that to the nail tech and she said I would have been charged the same had I added tips on the rest of my toes which I know is false. I will not return nor will I recommend this place to anyone. read more

Went to get a pedi place was dead which they got me right in but the nail tech Lo is horrible. He cut my toe nails so short it hurt. The sugar scrub he did was bad no rubbing it in no actually massage. Very light touch. When doing calluses remover he did a bad job and when I asked to do it again his coworker said he did a good job and it would burn if he did more. He barley touch my calluses. When painting toes he scrape under my toenail which wasn't there and it hurt so much. Felt like a knife going under toe nail as he forced his nail under my should've been toe nail. My big toes were cut to short and not even at all. No lotion. The hot rocks were cold the hot towel was warm not hot. Lo was very bad and I won't be letting him do my toes again. Initially, I was asked to write a review and I wasn't going to give 5 stars on subpar service but here I am 2 weeks later with a horrible ingrown toenail. PLEASE, please, please, instruct your technicians to ask before cutting the sides of toenails. The technician did a terrible job trimming my nails and It's very dangerous considering the tools used by your staff don't appear to be properly disinfected before or after use. Spraying alcohol on nail clippers isn't sufficient when using the tools on more than one person. Needless to say it was a waste of time and money. I will not be returning. read more

I made an appointment for 10:30am, wasn't really serviced until 30 min after (had me sitting in cold pedi water for a while) and then they had to rush bc I mentioned I had to go to work. A bug crawled on my shoulder while I was there, I panicked, and then seen there were dead ants on my pedi chair. Someone who works there started spraying bug spray, I leave and have dry bug spray on my face and all on my shoulder smh. I'll never come here again. I also asked for almond shaped nails and my nails are squared. read more

This place wasn't too bad just not right for me. I asked if me might having a big toe mail was okay. It was surgically removed a while ago and will never grow back and I'm completely comfortable with that and prefer to leave it as is. They say yes it's okay. They didn't have cat eye polish which sucked. The manager told me it isn't made anymore which is a big lie. Other places have it and other independent nail stylists have it. I didn't wanna get my nails done, I really wanted the cat eye polish, but my friend convinced me to just get it done. I get my pedicure done and the man just didn't listen to what I wanted. I specifically asked for my big toe without a mail to be left alone. He tried to file the skin and buff it. Like wtf. It's still tender I just got it removed October. So it's tender to the touch even tho it's fully healed and covered over. It just has some dry skin I just leave alone. Then they man files my toe nails after I asked him to not cut cause I already did it myself days ago because I'm very ocd about the shape of me nails. Then this man had the AUDACITY to put clear gel polish on my skin after I asked for them to leave it be. I told him to take it off and he wipes it off with the towel. Could you imagine the burn I would feel on my skin once the UV light hit came on?? Who tf in their right mind would do that to someone? Oh and get this I'm wearing leggings. I pull them is as much as I can. I work out so I have calves. He goes and tries to pul them up even more and I tell him stop it's hurting just leave it when I put it. He ripped the seams on my leggings that made them fit just right for the ankles. I was so upset I just wanted to finish and leave. I still had my manicure left. He files my nails after I told him not to cause again I do it myself. I'm very particular about their shape. He filed the sides so now it looks so off and slim and I hate them. They get slim from the nail bed going up. It's so weird I have to cut them all short to start over. The polish job doesn't look bad at all on both my feet and hands. It's just the entire process wasn't great. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I was told $30 for the pedicure and it ended up being $45. Why didn't anyone tell me it was a $10 change for gel? I don't know but I was pretty upset it wasn't clarified before doing it. Manicure I believe was $30. He did my cuticles on all nails which was great I didn't have to ask for it or being changed extra for it. I was more scared that his tools weren't fresh out of a sealed bag like they were disinfected so I was very scared to get cut. That bothered me the both was not knowing if the tools were sanitary because the bags where open. I truly will not be coming here again. I can't stomach being uncomfortable. I also wouldn't recommend coming here as well. read more

Seeing as this place was in walking distance of my home I decided to try it out and I did like it! I mainly only go for waxes whether it be my lip or eyebrows and they haven't been busy the two times I was in there and took me right away! The people there are nice and $10 is a great price for a single wax. Highly recommend! read more

I love coming here. The place is clean and relaxing. The service is great, they're in now way pushy or aggressive when it comes to what you want. They carry hair products I have a hard time finding elsewhere too! I have only gotten my nails done here so I can't say much about the hair services. They also have a "nails of the month" and "hair of the month" which is nice to see some ideas and showcase their amazing work! read more

This place is sooo terrible. They do terrible nails. Owner says she has been doing nails for 25yrs. I asked for long nails the gave me thick acrylic nails that a 6yr could have done better than Jennifer and her son. Their skills combined are mediocre. I will never go back. read more

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Trust me this place is not worth it. I was over charged for several reasons they said but fail to tell me before they did the work to make sure I was okay with it. I am use to been ask it will be extra is that okay and I can decide. Not this place they don't mention it until they are almost done. I wouldn't recommend this place unless I don't like you then go ahead you will love it. read more

Me and my daughter went here for the first time and we will never go back again. Our nails look like they were done by a toddler my shape is all uneven. My daughter they didn't even cover her nail with acrylic and the paint job looks like it was done by a child. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years I wanted to share in this experience with my daughter. I have attached pictures these are legit pictures we just walked out of the salon. Not to mention they charged me 50 and my daughter 65 for this horrible job read more

Please do not come here and get your nails done. These people are extremely money hungry and will suck as much money out of you ask they can. I came in and got a gel fill on really short nails. Got a simple design as well. They charged me $80 and when I asked why the price was so high the manager said and I quote "if you don't like the prices then don't come". I'm reporting them for scamming people and charging more than their quotes online. read more

This is a nail salon first. Hair salon falls way below good. Shampoo left my shirt and back totally wet, and she hurts your head when she scrubs. Hair cut was choppy and I am not happy today. This stylist does only straight styles I think, but it showed how chopped my hair was. Cost was $30 and left $10 tip. Major buyers remorse. But I guess you get what you pay for. I like this place. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years off and on and been to a lot of different places. I've been injured and ripped off at many OTHER nail salons. I'm a stay at home mom so I don't have to keep up with my fillings like I had to when I worked- so I often wait WAY TOO LONG to fill and they never make me feel bad. Other nail places guilt tripped me and kinda embarrassed me for waiting over 2 weeks. I've had my nails done here by the lady who I think is the owner and her son- both are really good. I've had pedicures there and they were fine- I get just the cheap pedicure so I don't know how well they do the up charge services. My daughters go there with me and they usually leave happy. One of my daughters is very picky and shy- so last time we had her nails painted she didn't like them (she got white gel and some parts were see thru so it didn't look perfect) but she didn't say anything until after we left so I blame her I have trouble understanding why gel is so much more expensive- But I can't even remember how much it was that bothered me now so it's not that big of a deal. We will go there again for sure. Probably tomorrow since my daughter wants hers taken off before school starts and I might as well get a fill even though I have no one to impress and could stand to wait another couple weeks read more

I have had my nails done consistently for the past 15 years, not once have I EVER got a nail fungus. I have been to this salon 3-5 times now. This morning my one nail fell off and instantly I saw the fungus. I began to worry and took all of my nails off... I have 5 nails in total that have something in them. I also have had my toe nails done here and am scared to see what's under them. I am disappointed that I have received this nail fungus from my visits at Spa-Tastic. Been a week with my nails and they already have fallen off and the polish startes to chip the very next day. If you need a last minute appointment come here but I don't recommend the quality. They also charges my friend $120 for a fill and design. I have been to expensive local nail salons and I have never paid over $100 even with tip. read more

I love this place, I've gone a total of 3-4 times and every time they get exactly what I want and so fast! Today oct Saturday the 24th, 2020 I had an appointment at 11:30 I was seated right away and worked on my pedicure and when the nail tech finished his client he came over to the pedicure station and started working on my nails, it was so wholesome. I love that they care about their customers, and they kept checking in to see the picture I had shown as my inspiration and he did such a great job on my acrylic full set ombré French tip! Also the tech woman that worked on my pedicure was sooo amazing, she did the cutest French tip nails I've seen! I'm so happy and will definitely be going back. I've found my spa they're all so nice, friendly and everything's very clean! Totally recommend this spa! read more

Vince was amazing! So gentle, I previously had a horrible experience and my nails were horrible and lasted a week and a half and looked like I had them for 3-4 weeks. The last person filed off my nail and cut me many times. These are beautiful, my only complaint is yelp says $27 for a fill, I already had the coffin shape and was charged $30 only $3 so not a big deal. Like I said I had a horrible experience and then this great experience, so it was worth it. Will definitely go back to him! read more

I'm really not wanting to leave a bad review but I'm just very put off by my service. My nails came out fine that was not an issue, but the way I was treated was. First off I booked my appointment through class pass, $40 for a fill with gel polish. My nails were about medium length when I came in. I had requested to keep the length and just file the square shape. The technician told me it would be $10 to keep my length, and $5 to shape. I have never heard of that and have been getting acrylic nails for over 9 years. I would understand if it were a full set but to charge me $10 to keep the length on a fill is ridiculous. I told the technician I would not be paying that and he said since it was my first time I could get it for free. He then told me I would have to go short. I was so uncomfortable and confused I let him cut them short. The vibe was so off putting. I felt it was a situation where someone was trying to take advantage of a young person. read more

I've been to Spa-Tastic to get my nails done before and I was extremely satisfied in every way. The service is perfect and everyone is very polite. However, when I went back close to 8 days ago I can't say I'm satisfied. My nail on my dominant pointer finger came off when my hand was simply resting on my lap. It seems like the acrylic nail wasn't glued properly. I'm put o that my nails didn't last even two weeks especially for the price. I'm now worried that my other nails will fall off as well. It's now 3 days later and my right hand pointer finger has now broken off in the same fashion. I didn't overwork my hands at all and the fake nail cracked right off. I'm so disappointed that these nails barley lasted 2 weeks. Way too expensive for this nonsense. read more

The work is decent but the constant up selling is rude. No matter how many services you get they ask you if you want more. They also are very rude about people doing regular polish instead of gel because it's an inconvenience for them for you to sit there while it dries even if there are no other customers and you have your mask on. They also change the price on you whenever they feel like it. Fill $22 today $27 tomorrow because you got your nails cut down, that's part of a fill. read more

Both my wife and I had pedicures today (12/1/17) and they were great. They got us right in for our appointment and the service was wonderful. We both had the number four with fried rice (just kidding about the rice). The foot massages were heavenly and the massage chairs were relaxing. My wife wants to return weekly!!! I REALLY wanted to like this place! It IS, after all, one of the top salons in Glendale and the family that owns and runs it is very nice. My experience was not a positive one.. I had an appointment for 45 minutes before closing.. I got let out of work a little early so I ran by. I was hoping to get in sooner but my appointment was pushed back instead. Ok, I live around the block..no worries! Now my appointment is 30 minutes before they close. I was getting my mani pedi because my son was getting married within 6 days! I didn't want to have to worry about it in Savannah! My appointment finally got underway around 4:45.. Keep in mind that closing time is 5:00.. At 6:30 I sent a text off to my Hubby as a courtesy, "He is just now starting my manicure".. Needless to say, he wasn't a very happy camper.. So, what normally takes about 45 to 60 minutes has taken over 2 hours.. The family was waiting to go home for the night also.. I kinda thought that maybe someone would jump in and help him out but no.. So? That is my tale of a wasted night that I'll never get back! Oh! I almost forgot! My nails were filed so SEVERELY on the side that my fingers ached for days. Within 3 days my nails already had to be glued no less than 5 times. I am currently waiting on an appointment to have my nails done and strengthened because 4 of them are currently more glue than nail.. That's MY experience! Do with it what you will! read more

Wonderful place with very friendly & quality service. I was just getting some jamba juice next door when I saw this place. I've never been before, but I received a 20% off flyer from them as I was walking by. I got a regular pedicure ($21) and a gel manicure ($30), in total $51, but I had the coupon so It was only $41. For a $21 pedicure, they treated me like a princess & foot massage felt so good & relaxing. Just what I needed after a long day. For my manicure, I had many many nail polish colors to choose from, I had such a hard time deciding; they all looked so pretty. I finally decided on a dark blue on my feet & hands. The technician was careful & took their time to make sure my nails were perfect & they came out perfectly! Also, the other employees there catered to my every need, such as: providing complimentary water, helping me decide nail polish color, featuring my favorite show HIMYM, relaxing music, & polite customer service. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a friendly, enjoyable, & quality service nail salon. They do hair too, maybe next time haha. Is very hard to find a good place to relax & get your nails done. But I think I found mine. I am very pleased by this place. It looks relatively new, new management & decorations. They told me it just barely opened 2 months ago. The place looks very simple & very clean. Atmosphere was very nice & relaxing, lots of music modern music & some classic songs, brings back memories hearing "Take A Bow" - Rihanna. I came here to redo my full-set because another place messed up my nails, but they did a very good job. Took their time & really ensured that my nails were perfect. They had netflix with "Friends" playing with music videos on the other tv screen. The pedicure was amazing, for $21 they massaged every bone in my foot for a good 10-15 mins. Everyone was very friendly & was talking to me like they were my friends. Many time when I need to relax & enjoy myself after work or on the weekend, I come to Spatastic and then always take good care of me! I've been coming to get pampered for over a year, at least once or twice a month. They always make me feel better, also a lot of colors to choose. They get new colors like every month it seems, up to date with designs too like marble & 3D sun flowers. I get my toes & manicure gel, they take their time to ensure every detail is perfect! It always lasts over 2 weeks, I only come more often because it's so enjoyable to be there. I definitely totally recommend! read more

I went in to get acrylic nails and the woman I had to do my nails was very rude and snapped at me multiple times throughout the appointment. Overall it was very fast mainly because she was rushing, because of this she was very aggressive and cut me multiple times. When I left my fingers were bleeding and her best solution was to put nail glue on the cut which made it burn from the chemicals. Then when I went to check out they would not honor my $20 gift card nor the discount I received for booking online. There are much better salons and I don't suggest you waste your time with this one. read more

Looks relatively new nail salon, I just went to get a quick regular manicure after I got some Jamba juice. It was very well done, everyone was genuinely friendly, atmosphere was pretty relaxing, ohh & the music videos were super awesome. All of my favorite songs, it's like the picked the songs just for me. Every time I stop by to get some Jamba, I'll stop by here as well. I want to sit on the spa chair next time! Been here countless times, each time better than the next. they are always friendly people that do amazing great work, they truly care about you and take their time to on their work. There nails always lasts more than 3 weeks, most places last 1 week 10 days tops and it looks bad. but here it stiil looks great and none are broken after 3 weeks. Always compliments on them, I always tell people to come here, a gem a diamond star quality salon. read more

I've been coming here about 2 years. Everyone is very nice, love their cleanliness and how they always try to engage with the customer. At other places the owners and employees carry on this loud conversation s which sometimes is annoying when you are trying to relax. read more
