As soon as I saw this place I knew I had to try it. Fun environment. Great for everyone. We sat in the bar area and our server was the nicest kid. Very friendly and super busy. Not sure if he had the whole bar area to tend to but he was busy. We went on a Wednesday and they have all you can eat "meat" for about $18. I didn't get that. I wouldn't be able to get my money's worth. The menu is huge and so many yummy sounding things. The note that all fried items are cooked in beef tallow. Wow. They also note that their ribs were, "judged America's best ribs at the National bar-b-Que convention cook-off in Memphis, Tennessee!" We were excited. My colleague ordered the all you can eat cause she wanted ribs. I had a 2 meat platter with brisket and ribs with two sides (salad and Mac and cheese). My mouth was watering for some food brisket. I must say I was very disappointed. The brisket was cut super thin and then appeared to be grilled to heat it up. Boy! It was very dried out. I could hardly eat it. The ribs were okay but I was expecting more. My colleague decided she was not going to have a second round of ribs and didn't finish the first ones. The salad was a salad and the Mac and cheese. . . I took to back to the hotel to eat later. The server asked how things were and we told him. He told me the cut and cook on the brisket depends on who's cooking it. Never heard that before. I had the Mac and cheese and the ribs the next day for dinner and boy! Those ribs tasted a lot better the next day and the Mac and cheese left me wanting more. We happened upon Space Aliens on our trip to Fargo and being suckers for photo ops with a space ship exterior, we had to try it out! We were excited to see all the decor and lucked out that it was $3 off pizza Thursday so we got the Cajun Ranch Chicken pizza which was really good! This would be a great place to bring kids as you can earn points at the arcade to redeem for prizes. I sat at a booth in the bar. The bar is open seating and has 14 Large Screen TVs. There's 9 slot machines. My Waiter, Courage awesome name, delivered wrapped flatware along with a basket of popcorn lightly salted and buttered when he came to my table to take my drink order. Bar does not know what "dressed" means when ordering a beer. I ordered the CAJUN RANCH CHICKEN QUESADILLA (Zesty Cajun Ranch sauce, special-cheese blend, oven roasted chicken, bacon and diced tomatoes on a crispy grilled flour tortilla), with a side of Cheesy Garlic Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots). Interested to see what it looks like and the taste. The quesadilla is terrific. It came out hot along with the veggies which gave me a few minutes to enjoy my brew. Courage came by my table twice after serving me which I find to be "top notch" service! While enjoying my meal I was entertained by one of the TVs set to a Trivia Channel, Tap TV with AMI Play. After getting my belly full on half my order, I also ordered another Michelob Ultra dressed, this time it was perfect. The bar area is happening. The food was very good. We had a group of 9 and they were very accommodating. The server was so attentive and right on the spot with everything. He made certain our drinks were filled and the food came out hot. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room and the prizes they picked out. The decor is really something to see. This chain was new to me, and its exterior obviously caught my eye! I decided to give it a shot since it was right next to my hotel. It's clearly themed with aliens and they're everywhere! It was really neat to just look around at everything! The menu is huge, and I'm sorry to say that I didn't try more of it! I sat at the bar and enjoyed a Bloody Mary with a beer chaser. The bartender asked for my vodka preference, which was nice! After he made my drink, he also brought me some hot, salty popcorn to munch on until my onion blossom came out! The fried onion was fabulous, and came with a cajun ranch that was "out of this world!" The Bloody Mary was great, too. I saw an alien mascot walking around, but by the time I was finished, they were on break, or back to the mothership, so I couldn't get a picture. Steer clear. It took 25 minutes to order. Food came out within 15-20 minutes after ordering, however the sauce we asked for on the side for the burger was missing and our fries were cold. Husband asked for a refill on his soda. There were literally two cubes of ice left. One would think you would refresh the ice, but nope. She filled it back up with no ice. Gross. The Cajun ranch burger (which was missing the Cajun ranch) was burned to a crisp. Husband ate one bite to confirm that it wasn't edible. If you need an alien themed restaurant in North Dakota, then I guess this is literally the only option in town. But on the other hand, if Chuck E' Cheese was redecorated with the contents of a gift shop in Roswell, New Mexico, that would be an entirely believable origin story for where this place came from. My family stopped here for dinner. We got there around 9 so it wasn't very busy. We got sat right away and our server came over for our drink order. They have a lot of stuff on their menu. We ordered the pretzel bites, cheese sticks, and the potato skins for appetizers. They all came out hot and fresh. They were all tasty. For meals we ordered the taco salad, grilled cheese with loaded baked potatoes, and a grilled chicken sandwich. All the food came out hot and fresh. The grilled cheese was very cheesy with cheese between the slices of bread and on the outside. The loaded potatoes had a lot of toppings which was nice as sometimes there's hardly any toppings. The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly and not dried out. Overall the food was yummy but nothing stood out. The atmosphere is fun and my girls had fun in the arcade while waiting for our food. The whole place felt a bit dirty overall. Things felt really sticky. The place could use a top to bottom spray down and clean. It's hard for me to understand the negative reviews... it's a kids/ family place similar to Chuck E Cheese's but with better food and a great bar. This is crazy, loud, full of kids and serves mainly bar food. If you need a fun birthday or team-style meal, this is hard to beat. Do not take your first date, future mother-in-law or key customer here. It's not a place for Sunday afternoon football either. We really enjoyed the pizza, blooming onion, the burgers were great and so were the wings. I was really impressed with the service and the prices as well. Sigh, I really hate to leave lower star reviews but this was just such a lacking experience. I am full of nostalgia from growing up with the Grand Forks location and having such fond memories that when we were in town for an event I knew we needed to go back for a trip. It was so underwhelming. I felt bad hyping this place up because it is very clearly not as good as it's former location in GF. The service was atrocious. We sat in the bar and waited forever to even be greeted and have our drinks taken. We quickly ordered some apps when he brought our drinks back just in case and planned on drinking a few more rounds and watching the basketball game but within twenty minutes or so of our food arriving our server had already brought the check to our table. No checking to see how the food was, no checking to see if we wanted anything else, nadda. So disappointing. Since it was clear the server didn't want us in his section anymore we finished up and decided to check out the arcade even though we hadn't planned on that. The arcade was much smaller than the other location but did have a nice variety of games for anyone of all ages to play and be entertained. We hoped on a few and made our way back to our hotel. Sadly I don't think we will be returning when back in town. If you're on the fence, I'd skip this one. Went with my 25 year old son for nostalgia sake. We used to go to the one in Waite Park (St Cloud) when it was open. They were busy and were quoted an hour (I don't think it was really that long), so we went into the bar to eat. The table we sat at was cleaned off, but the wiped down. Once someone finally brought us the menus, we saw they hadn't been wiped down in awhile. What is with warm tap beer in Fargo?! I got the taco salad and it was very good. Son got the 2 meat platter. I've work food service for 5+ years now and this would absolutely not fly anywhere I've been. Otherwise the food was okay. If you have little kids it probably would be a great place for them, but if not it's just not really worth it. It was pretty much about what you'd expect from a place like this. I'd give the place an even 3 stars but the bathroom thing really grossed me out. Hopefully just a new hire or something, and not the standard here. I was in Fargo for the night, and this place was close to my hotel, and looked interesting, to say the least. Turns out it's an alien-themed family place, with arcade games, loud kids running around, and the like. After perusing the menu, I settled on the Ultimate Grilled Cheese sandwich. Excuse the pun, which I'm sure every other reviewer has already used, but this thing was out of this world. I love a good grilled cheese, but most places relegate it to a kids menu, and serve up a pretty pathetic version. Not this place. The thing is so loaded with cheese, it's literally spilling out onto the plate, where it dries and forms an island of crunchy cheese, in the middle of which sits the sandwich. And the bread is nice and thick, like Texas toast. I also got a baked potato, which was great, and cole slaw, which was fine but not particularly memorable. I don't know if I'll ever find myself in Fargo again, but until if and when I do, I'll be dreaming of that Ultimate Grilled Cheese! read more

Also, the tables and floors were all covered in a sticky film that made all of us uneasy about putting our backpacks or jackets anywhere. That being said, it takes so long to get anywhere from Winnipeg, you pretty much have to drive a full day before you get anywhere. Day trips from Winnipeg where you leave in the morning and return that same evening are pretty limited, so having the novelty of a dim technicolor space bar within reasonable driving distance counts for something--even if it's ultimately covered in greasy kid fingerprints, and surreally empty, and oddly sinister; in the end it's unique and it was part of an excuse for my friends and I to go on a nice little adventure in the middle of winter. read more
