They are super transparent about condition of sets and figs and are always helpful. Staff is the best there is, always friendly and helpful. BAM Spring has built a community, not just a business. I know there's been some discussion online about Bricks & Minifigs recently, but it's worth remembering that each store is independently owned and operated. At this location my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. If you're in the area and enjoy LEGO, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

I explained that this was the only day I could pick it up before Sunday and traveled a long way to get there. She eventually gave me the package after giving me a mouthful which took her not even a minute to get from the cabinet. I appreciate that she finally gave it to me but definitely don't appreciate the grief I received to get it. Nice goes a long way and she was far, very far from nice and a horrible ambassador for your company.
