I promptly blocked the number. Immediately after I received a call from another phone number this time with a Brevard county area code. I answered only to find out it was the same person that had called before that I had blocked because of the above mentioned text message. He immediately started shouting I again terminated the phone call. He again texted me from the Brevard number with another uncalled for comment. Unprofessional is the first word that came to mind. My second thought was is this activity criminal? I just want to make people aware of the way this particular practice has treated me. I was not with the same person and rarely was I their only client. I was there for over 5 months and I had the same complaint every single time. I never got relief. I came in ready to work with Mike the owner and was told in front of other clients and staff that it was my last appointment because I wasn't making progress and I needed to lose weight. Why would someone say any of that publicly when he could save me a trip and not totally embarrass me in front of others? I was trying to put off 2 total knee replacements. I'm so glad we decided to try Chiro Studio! The staff were very friendly and helpful, Dr Junior took time to listen, and to assess my wife's condition. He then provided a comprehensive and effective treatment, and my wife left feeling much better. She will return tomorrow for a follow-up adjustment before we fly home. I think what impressed us most was that Dr. Junior called my wife the same evening to check on her personally! We visit the area once a year, and Chiro Studio will be our East Coast chiropractor for regular adjustments going forward!
