The hospital on Gateway is slightly better so you may retain a bit more of your sanity by going there instead. What you first notice, when you walk in, is the security. If you expected to get to your appointment early or on time, forget about it. They wanded me with a wand that could not detect metal. Brilliant. How do I know this? Because their supervisor came over and waved it over his gun and it didn't chime. They continued using it even after I was let through three minutes later. When I get to Radiology - the place where my appointment is - they tell me I need to check in at a different place in the building. Again, if you're expecting to get to your appointment early or on time, forget it. I go all the way to where I'm supposed to check in, get checked in, then walk back to Radiology after my appointment time. Even after showing back up to the Radiology department after my appointment time, I still had to wait for a while until I got called back. The only saving grace for that star is that the tech who performed the procedure was very pleasant and efficient. Do NOT go here if you can help it

Nurse Practitioner Brelser entered my room abruptly and aggressively shouted, "I want to see your cancer." I have never been diagnosed with cancer, nor do I have any such medical condition. This groundless, hostile statement caused immediate psychological distress and panic. Such conduct directly induces iatrogenic harm--where unprofessional medical commentary triggers severe psychological trauma and phobias and exacerbates the patient's physical state.
