I love going here, I love seeing all the animals and antiques. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly.

Ended up here randomly on Indigenous People's day and we had such a good time. It is kind of pricey in my opinion but there is a lot of ground to cover and they have so many animals. They accept cards too! Lots of parking across the street. I'm not a huge fan of zoos but if you're into it this is def a spot worth checking out. We saw lions, tigers, bears, all types of deer, and more. They also had museums which had pretty cool stuff. There is space inside to have lunch and there is also tables outside you can snack at. They have playgrounds for the kids too.

Love it here. Been coming here since I was a baby. I seen other comments about the cages being too small and the animals not being taken care of. Which isn't true at all. The animals are taken care of very well and the cages are perfect for each animal.

Very well organized drive-thru Zoo due to Covid-19. Felt Very Safe with everyone in their Vehicles. Not a long drive-thru but you can burn an hour with heavy traffic within the Zoo on weekends. It's something to do with your Children. -Not allowed out of your cars. -6 feet apart vehicles are not enforced; so Bumper to Bumper with traffic within the Zoo. -Go before 11AM for less traffic

What makes this place most unique is the amount of animals located on premises. Over 500 animals! As the name states, I would definitely describe this place as a zoo and museums located on farm land. Parking is located across the street. As you enter to the left you have the option of entering a pizzeria. To the right you have a mini museum full of taxidermies. Upon arrival the employee was friendly to greet us and explained the area/map for us. She also gave us the option to purchase corn and crackers in advance to feed the animals. As we begin our adventure we walk near our first set of animals. It was an area full of chicken, roosters and goats. Continuing on the trail, it is very easy to navigate. Along the trails I felt like most of the animals were easy to feed. Most of what we fed were deers, goats and sheep. As we got to the bears we were fortunate to see the workers feed them. The worker even got the bears to stand and wave! Many animals I didn't realize were there as the signs weren't visible/big enough. Names are located on a regular sized paper. Therefore you must walk to each side of the fence to read it. I completely recommend using the map for full guidance. The museums are worth the walk and view especially for those who enjoy antiques. Look out for the bell tower as it can also be seen when driving here. Another enjoyable area is the picnic/play area that even has slides.

Holy Cow! It felt like we were in a safari trip but with gates in between you and the animals. We were so darn close that you were able to smell the breath of the animals. There were very few visitors which is sad as this is an amazing place for kids of all ages. I highly recommend this beautiful animals sanctuary to everyone who is a animal lover or with kids.

I've always been bad at math and science, and I've never had much use for illusions. I thought the museum was about magic tricks or something, but, fortunately, I was wrong. I'm so glad we checked this place out. The highlight of the day was the photo opp at the "Illusion Street Station" of the NY subway system. A very kind and enthusiastic staffer named Julie encouraged us to experience that exhibit, and even took awesome photos for us that are absolutely going up on our walls. She also explained the basic of what we were looking at, and kept it in simple terms so a math/science-challenged guy like me could understand. I learned a few cool nuggets on those subjects but that was all I could absorb. That doesn't matter, though, because the museum achieved its objective with me -- sparking curiosity and a desire to learn more about the subjects it covers. Won-ok loved it, by the way, because she is all about the world of illusions. If you're looking for a completely unexpected treat in New York, stop by the Museum of Illusions -- unless it's not really there.

Staff abduction aside, the staff were absolutely AMAZING! The place is small but if you truly take in all that it has to offer you can spend about a solid hour in here looking at the different displays they offer. I won't say exactly what they have as to leave some mystery to your visit but it's certainly an interesting museum for sure. I love the paranormal stuff so "aliens" aren't completely off the table for me in terms of curiosity. I wish I had known this place existed because I would have visited a long time ago. The museum is I'd say 75% alien themed and 25% paranormal. It's certainly geared more toward the UFO theme but still interesting nonetheless. In my opinion if you are making your way north for a getaway and can make it here in 30 mins or less, off your main planned route, I encourage a visit cause it's worth it if you want to add an extra activity to your travel itinerary. If this location brings you more than 30 mins from your route, unless you are seriously into aliens and UFOs I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. With that said, it really was a cool experience and the staff made it worth the price of admission with their kindness and knowledge.

The actor who gave the instructions was on point, he was creepy, funny and into the festivities that awaited us. So this is by no means a bad review, however, there was just not enough actors to deliver scares. The sets were fantastic, using all the standard fare that all the great places use. That being said, again, just not enough actors within the haunt. We walked through several scenes without seeing an actor. For the price of the tickets (which are on par with much larger places like Penhurst Asylum and East State Penitentiary) Hotel of Horror just does not stack up with the big boys. Would we return? This place was unbelievably shabby and unloved, the confetti room had no confetti, the color rooms were just painted empty dark closets the size of a mop and bucket. The whole thing could be done better in your own garage with three quarts of Sherwin-Williams paint and a roll of paper towels for confetti. The ball pit was only ankle deep in balls. I'm so embarrassed for Color Factory, I could make this place better in one long weekend with $100 and the help of three kids from a teenage art class. Collect colored objects from Goodwill, buy paint samples from Lowe's! Let kids paint! Buy colored plastic magnets and some light tables! In such a creative city packed with broke art students, this place should be amazing. It could be a home for inventive uses of color and design, instead of a broken, shabby, color-free house of sad. Skip Color Factory and just go for a walk in amazing New York. There's more color and creativity in one city block, and it's free.

This package included access to all of the shows and exhibits, along with a free go at each game which was actually really cool! Not to mention we each got a free cocktail and a gift bag with some sexy goodies to share. We really liked the history exhibit, and the art gallery. The games were pretty fun too! There IS a spinning stripper pole you can dance on in the bar, so if you wanna give it a go maybe wear shorts, because I wore a dress so I wasn't able to do a lot on it unfortunately but it was still fun! IT IS LOUD!! If you have sensory issues I recommend bringing ear plugs, I'm happy I had mine with me. The music is super loud and sometimes overlapping between rooms. There are also multiple exhibits with flashing lights. The Tunnel of Love is a "4D Orgy" that "nuts" on you - which is just some water mist that sprays on your face, feet and neck a few times. I personally did not like that part, but if you cover your lower face with your hands it blocks it. You don't get wet, it's just not my favorite sensory experience. The kissing game was interesting, this one has you and your partner grab some metal bars and you have to kiss for a minute straight to win a "coupon" that you get to use on each other later. FAIR WARNING - this game sends electricity between you as you kiss since you are both grabbing the bars, this doesn't hurt you and you don't feel it, but it makes your mouths taste like METAL. We were both so concerned that we had a health problem at first but thankfully my hubby is an electrician and connected the dots really quickly. Overall a super fun day! The Monday crowd was super chill and minimal. The only thing I think that would make it better is if the staff could do a better job explaining what sensory experience you might have during each game, because it was overwhelming and sometimes uncomfortable. But I think if you come prepared with ear plugs, hand sanitizer (they do have pumps but I bring my own), and shorts under your skirt/dress, then it will be a fantastic time! Be very open minded and enjoy!
