They want me to hate on yelp? Seems like a very clever way to get people in the door. My first experience with Space Vapor was over a year ago, friendly staff, and knowledgeable. As a young vape I had questions and concerns. If I had a question they had an answer 90% of the time. I had a rough experience at first because I felt as if I was stupid, and they tried talking me into there expensive side of vaping i.e. the drip mods. Which I felt was way out of my league. Sarah, was the woman I dealt with, super friendly and helpful. Although, after I explained I couldn't afford what she was showing me I was ignored, and I wanted juice. I waited for help from the gentleman named Paul. For which I was ignored again. I raised my concern with the manager, I cannot recall her name, she helped me out the second time I was in. A few of the testers were a little burnt, yet I realism with heavy traffic in a vape store it happens. They were promptly dealt with. There were a few more instances with workers at the time last year where I felt I wasn't welcome. I kept going back, and before I knew it, they had a whole new staff, friendlier and eager to help me out. I knew it was a young company trying to make their name. So of course, we cannot judge a book by its cover. The staff has knowledge of products and are the most helpful, yeah it might get a little cloudy, sometimes roudy, yet that is because the atmosphere is about getting people off of cigarettes, and leading a healthier lifestyle. I could go to other stores, yet they lack the professionalism and courtesy. I have been to many of the shops in the area including Seattle, Olympia, and Lacey. I will continue to patronize this store as my vape shop. Even though the juice isn't always on point, they fix it and make it right at the end of the day. read more

First and foremost I have been a space vapor customer since they opened. When I first started vaping about three years ago I was getting my product from another vape shop that was close to my work. The product was decent as was the customer service. I then stumbled upon Space Vapor because I drove past it everyday when I started my new job. My first thoughts of the lounge itself were, "Clean and well kept", "Super cool looking", and "Very comfortable and inviting." Then as I talked to the employees about my search for interesting juice flavors I found out that they mix their own juices which opens up doors to try their creations as well as your own. I decided to try their flavors: "Earth's Orbit" and "Planet X". Needless to say they were both great but I really fell in love with "Earth's Orbit". I have now been going to Space Vapor regularly to get all of my vaping supplies. I have to say hands down best juice and flavor selection I have ever encountered. Order over the phone or just walk in and have your vaping needs satisfied to the fullest. Friendly and informative staff greet you as soon as you walk in and will answer/help any questions/problems you have. One other big thing that got me was the prices too. Other brands of juice like "Two Peas" which I was using for a long time just don't compare when it comes to quality, originality, taste, and definitely price. Once in a while I spend the day driving to random vape shops. I have been to the majority of vape shops between Marysville and Lakewood. This shop is one of the few that really impressed me. I really was not looking for anything in particular. The shop looked pretty busy when I came in, but was well staffed and Tricia (I'm really bad remembering names, but her name was on the receipt) came over and asked me what I was looking for. I told her I had no idea. She left for a second and came back with a tree of life 3 tube set that they had on sale and told me a price that was cheaper than Fasttech. I bought a few other impulse buys since all of their pricing was reasonable for a physical shop and ended up spending enough to get some free juice. I dont buy commercially made juice so I almost said no. I told Tricia what I did not like and she came back with 3 juices that I liked all three of, but one better than the other two. She asked my name, I was assuming that it was so she could call it out when she came back with the bottle , a few minutes later she came back with a child-proof bottle that had my name , the strength and the date created on it. They treat people like family and are extremely honest and helpful. I don't understand why people complain about how smokey and how people act like it's a hobby. IT'S A HOBBY AND SO IS SMOKING. Today was my first time into Space Vapor, and I was impressed. I'm not a very experienced vaper and have a limited, albeit growing, knowledge of all things vape. I've been to other shops in the area and around home in Portland and this is the first place that I didn't feel like an outsider the second I walked in the door. Adam T. helped me today in figuring out what was wrong with my Nautilus tank and answered all of my questions with a smile and without making me feel inferior. Adam was an excellent salesman as well; I ended up leaving with a completely new setup (eleaf 50W and the brand new Aspire Atlantis 2). The other ladies working were friendly and helpful and made my juice for me quickly (which is delicious!) I love my new setup and I know that when I have questions or an issue or need anything from juice to coils to advice, that I can go back to Space Vapor and I'll get what I need and then some. 5 stars for excellent customer service. I am in the process of trying to quit smoking cigs, and decided to transition to a vapor. I stopped into this place a few months back just to get more info and the employee that worked with me was very nice and very informative. Finally decided for Christmas I wanted my own so I got the starter kit and two flavors. The only problem was that I initially asked for menthol to be added to my juice. But I went back and they ended up just remaking both flavors with the added menthol. The guy that sold me my starter kit was there and recognized me! Asked how my vape was working out, which has never happened to me before. Definitely appreciated the acknowledgement. Out of over 5 or 6 other vape stores I have been to, space vapor is my favorite. The employees are friendly, down to earth, and none the less know what theyre talking about. They have a vast variety of vapes from beginner set ups to the more advanced sets. There juices are completly customizable since they are made for you when you walk in and order it. And if you end up not liking the juice after you buy it, they have a return policy to trade it in for a different juice. This place is a fucking joke. They don't sell anything brand name.. They just try to con you into paying for shitty juice they mix themselves At the same prices of a brand name bottle.. The guy behind the counter with the funny accent, was just wanting to make it seem like their juice was the end all be all... But anything they sell is complete shit.. Theres also virtually no selection for devices.. There was one bookshelf/case with mods in it.. So what's the God damn point? From the moment I walked in it was great. I was aknowledeged and helped immidiately even though there were customers in the shop already. The atmosphere in the shop is so chill.
