"I want to warn anyone who's thinking about going to Spadafora's that it's not a good idea. They conduct business dishonestly and unprofessionally. I called them to ask for a quote on two used tires and was told it would cost $50 each, with a labor fee of $20 and a disposal fee of $2, which seemed reasonable. However, when I got there, the employee told me they do not take appointments, which was a red flag for me. At the end of the quote, the employee inflated the numbers and doubled the labor fee, which was much higher than what I was initially told. When I checked their website for a pricing list, I found nothing. It seemed like this auto shop wanted customers to call them so they could quote whatever price they pleased. Despite my doubts, I went in person and found the staff to be incredibly unprofessional. They were swearing around customers and didn't seem to care about customer service at all. When the tires were installed, I was charged $180 for two bad tires that were mounted but unbalanced. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Spadafora's will overcharge you, do a poor job and break your vehicle in the process. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place." read more

Decent Customer Service. Had a nail in my tire and they put a hole plunger to cover it up. Two days later the tire is flat. Went to the same guy who put the plunger in, guess he put a new plunger in and sent me off. 3 days later tire was flat again. Decent place but don't have me pay for a tire plunger if its gonna be flat in two days... save the customer time and money. read more

DO NOT GET TIRES DONE HERE!!! I got a flat tire and went to spadaforas to replace my tires. They recommend I replace both back tires, so I did... I was impressed at how quick they got me in and out and it was cheap! Now here is why I am giving 1 star (I would give ZERO if it were an option). About 3 weeks later I was driving and noticed a crazy loud noise. Then my whole car was shaking I was terrified. I went to Midas- They immediately asked if I had tires replaced recently. ALL but ONE lugnut we're missing from my back tire. Apparently they did NOT tighten the bolts when they put the new tires on. I could have lost the tire at any point! I do a lot of highway driving so thank god I didn't lose a tire while driving on the highway! This place could've killed me and my daughter! I went here one time to purchase a used tire for my vehicle. I wanted a tire that was within 6 years old. I asked the person that was working there how old was a tire he was showing me, he said he didn't know. I then looked for myself and found one that was within 6 years but it wasn't quite the correct size. I asked him if it was still safe to use (me at the time not knowing any better). He said yes. Yeah, it's dirty in there. It's a junkyard, wtf? Anyway, the folks that work here were always helpful to me. I've gotten maybe 6-7 good quality used tires here, always mounted fast. The last time I went they offered to do the tire change too for no extra charge. That was great, I was going to take it home and do it myself! I also bought a taillight from them. So I checked out the reviews after being skeptical about getting 4 used tires. I was planning on keeping my vehicle thru the winter and then selling so I didn't want to spend a lot on tires BUT I still wanted something decent. Not only did the guy Eric put 4 different tires on an AWD vehicle (I found out after I brought to my mechanic) The minute I got home my low pressure tire light went on. The next morning My fiancé looked at the tires and the two front were bald. I called the guy (Eric) who was annoyed that my fiancé even called and he said bring it in. I don't know if he changed the tire because when I got home same light came on (yes I did a reset) anyway when I called all upset he said "what do you expect from used tires" really? I expect that I don't have to come back 3 times!! he said maybe it's the rim or valve stem...ok well It was fine before YOU changed it. I had the tire looked at by my mechanic because honestly I didn't even want to go back there. My mechanic tells me they put 4 different tires on and come to find out the back tires had good tread on the outside but on the inside of one was a bubble and the other one had a chunk missing which explains the humming noise when I drove it.. The jackass Eric said he's not fixing them. He's only going to fix the bad tire on the front. All this after I asked the guy to please give me good tires because I have 2 children that are always with me and I've always purchased new tires. Don't worry he said I'll take care of you. I went to this place being recommended from a friend. The person who greeted me seemed pleasant until we talked price for a used tire. His claim to fame is that the tire would cost 3 times the amount if purchased new. I did my research and the new tire would have cost $30.00 more than what he wanted to charge me.
