This place is very dishonest and all they want to do, it to lure you in and take you money. I found this tire service online and come in based on 5 star reviews. When I arrived, I needed to remount winter tires, i was quoted $20 a tire, which is okey. I like the guys that were doing the work, but the owner ( or Managaer ) was not that nice. He charged me $15 to fix a flat, and this service is $2 at town fare tire. Anyway, I liked this place, so I even told my friend that we can go together and do remounting, so i was bringing more business. But guess what, now they wanted to charge us $30 a tire. When i sad, that 1 month ago the price was $20, the manager sad, that something he does not make money on labor, that we have to but tires from him ( twice as much as at Amazon) Very unprofessional, i do not recommend this place, there is far better tire locations. read more

Using google I for searching places I found them and walking in one minute before closing they were happy to do it for me . False advertising on Craigslist...put tires they have in stock that they didn't just to lure you in and sell you something else.

We used Tire king services to replace 4 used tires. Ron and his crew did a great job and very thorough! I have been buying used tires for over a decade now and they do everything they are supposed to do, clean the rim, balance the tires, and use the sealant on the tire beads. We took the car back because we thought one of the tires had a small bubble on the sidewall and the car had a small vibration. Ron took the car in and changed out the tire with the bubble and the front two tires free of charge and that fixed our issue. Great guys to work with! read more

I went there and because of where the damage was, seemed to be a defect, so he ordered a new tire and my car was back on the road again in no time. He was very nice and made the process stress free! Came in with a flat tire and came out with 2 new tires for an awesome price! He even walked me around their warehouse showing me which tires they have. It was like a candy store, so many selections. I got a great deal on one of the top brands too! Best part was, it only took 20 mins for mounting and balancing 2 tires. Will repeat for future tire purchases. read more

I've spent the past 5 years in Florida, so I never had to consider buying winter tires. I also have staggered tires, one of which is very low profile and difficult to find. I had called multiple places (majority of your "discount" chain locations). looking for winter/snow/good all season (Michelin, Continentals, etc). After a series of very high quotes and only 1 or 2 options, I had almost caved. In a last ditch effort, I hit Craig's list and found tire king. I called them up. My first impression was positive. Ron was very nice and knowledgeable, and guided me to the correct tire he could get (they were continental as DWS 06). Not only that, they were much cheaper than previous quotes, which was a huge factor in selected to do business with him. He was able to get them in next day, I made my appointment a couple days later due to my own conflicts. He was able to get me in earlier when my time freed up on my appointment day, and there was no wait time after my arrival, which was a huge positive to my previous experiences at other businesses. The whole process was 45 minutes and it was by far the best tire service I had received, and I've bought tires in 3 different states (both south and northeast). This is the first time I had someone clean, polish my rims and tires with the mounting and alignment. This attention to detail is what pushed it into the 5 star rating for me. Ron and staff were polite, knowledgeable, and expedited my service. I can't speak for the negative reviews experience, but know mine was top notch and I haven't encountered many places like this in my travels. unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this store. appalling custom service by the owner / manager. I found this store on the internet and although it was going to be an hour and a half drive, I thought I would give them a try. so...I called on a Friday and asked if they would mount and balance used tires I had purchased from a friend. The person on the phone asked me the tire size and vehicle they were going on. I told him the size and car and he said sure and gave me a price. I made an appointment for the next day which was a Saturday. after an hour and a half drive ( Which he knew about ) I arrived at about 9 am. although the store was open , there were no customers in the store and only one attendant which I assume was the owner / manager. I walked in and said I have an appointment and gave him my name. We went out side to look at my vehicle and to my surprise he said "they were not going to fit" and " HE DIDN"T WANT TO WASTE HIS TIME" ! or mine. I told him I did my research and I know they will fit but to be sure he is welcome to try one on the front and I would be more than happy to pay him. He still refused. Keep in mind, there are no customers in the store at the time. The tires are not unusual or over sized in any way so, I couldn't understand what his problem was. I'm sure that by the photos on his web-site, he does this kind of work every day, all day. My point is.... He had someone traveling an Hour and a half to his store who has a appointment, and since there were no other customers in the store at the time, he could have said " Well, you traveled over an hour to get here, and there are no customers now, so let me take 15 minutes to mount one tire to insure the tire would fit, which I asked him to do and i would gladly pay him for his time. But as he said " HE DIDN"T WANT TO WASTE HIS TIME " He had a terrible attitude and he couldn't have cared less about a potential long term customer. read more
