I have went back to Mells place with two separate cars to re-align my car and buy tires(for both cars). As a result of the first alignment being bad, my two back tires were worn out. So I came back within 2 months and asked for a touch up again- this was only after I went to replace my breaks and noticed the alignment was off and tires were uneven. ( they did not charge me for the second alignment) I did have to pay for two brand "new" tires which they could not give at a low cost or no cost(although it was there fault). The tires have warranty for one month. By the 3 month the tires were loosing their tread. usually tires last more than 3 months 04/01 At this moment I went twice and twice I have bought two tires for the rear. I came back twice with two differ cars to get a re-alignment. I went to toyota dealership 07/31 and my two tires in the rear are wasted AGAIN in comparison to the front, due to the SECOND and LAST alignment from Mells tire in Lynn. Do they do this to get you to come back and continue to buy tires ? theres no need to replace tires every 3-6month instead of going back to Mells tires I will do business with toyota. Mells alignments/tires dont even last 3 months if i never went to get my breaks done, I wouldve been driving with a bad alignment and worn out tires. If i never went to toyota, I would have been ruining my brand new toyota with mells

I thought that it was just a slow leak, but my mom, who doesn't always make the best decisions, said to just get a new tire. So that's what I went to Sullivan Tire to do. I told the guy behind the counter (whose name I wish I could remember) why I was there, and told him that I wanted a good tire, but not a super-top-of-the-line one. He could have just kept his mouth shut and let me spend money on a new tire, but instead he said that they'd check it first and see whether or not that was necessary. A short time later, he let me know that they'd found a nail in the tire, and that they'd removed it and patched it up. I was out of there quickly, and on the cheap (under $40). Can't ask for much more than that. I know where I'll be going next time I need tire service.

After 30 minutes of talking with Reuben and someone on the phone they had to refund the tire and I had to repurchase. Reuben was very helpful. So the repurchase was done and I was told they would get my car right in. Well that didn't happen! My car sat in the lot for 20 minutes. Once in the garage it has taken a long time. So a quick installation took over 90 minutes.
