I went to mom's today for ac service They gave me expert advice and gave me a price upfront for my 2003 licoln twon car . The checked my emergency brake system and my brakes in general they told me what I needed and why. They are honest Friendly and truly care about there reputation They are very nice to d I business with and I felt comfortable being in there shop. They never did not address my questions and gave me honest auto mechanic recommendations. I highly recommend mo and his son and his auto mechanic experts. When he says something is wrong with my car or gives me a quote, I can trust that I'm not being played or hustled. That is a rarity in auto repair, especially if you're a woman. Let me just begin by saying, I have always owned pre-owned vehicles in my past, and have dealt with many mechanics over the years, some good, mostly terrible. Until I walked into Muneer's for a standard inspection sticker one day, and I was utterly speechless with the manners and knowledge of the owners here. They give free diagnostics (which is really free, no hidden fees) - which already for me is a win. However it was the events that followed that made me really trust in Muneer's. Each person who came in for a diagnostics was then presented with the price (which also is always a fair price), and how long it would take to get the parts and do the actual work, and in most cases all the jobs are able to be done day of, which is also hard to come by these days. Mostly everyone accepted the proposed amount and moved forward with the work. On the rare occasion the patron refused the work, which could have really annoyed the owners, but they greeted them with a smile and offered to still do the work at the quoted price, if they were to change their minds. Never once did I see them get annoyed or aggressive to pressure anyone into doing the work. From a customer service standpoint, this was when they won me over. The following week I returned with another car for an inspection, and again I was impressed by them. This lead me to bring my 2002 Toyota Camry to them to have my breaks serviced. They took me first thing in the morning, and they had the parts in 30 minutes time, and had my car back to me in just over an hour. I was able to sit in their waiting room, where you can see them servicing your car, not that I ever didn't trust them, but it is a nice feature for anyone who likes to see their car the whole time. They also walked me through the rundown of work and labor so there were no hidden fees or agendas. I can not recommend this place enough, seriously - go see them, for all car things, big or small. I know I will be a customer for life, and will be referring all friends and family their way. 10/10, can't say a single negative remark about this place. read more

Came in for state inspection which i passed last year here as well with no problems but this year they said I had an "aftermarket exhaust." (I bought my car from a dealership in Massachusetts and haven't touched anything to do with the exhaust.)When my car got pulled into the garage they aggressively revved my car to the limiter while in park expecting it to be quiet. Do not reccomend coming here the people that check that car have no clue what they're doing. read more

I am not sure why I took so long to review this place! I've been using this garage for about 4 years. I am a single woman... and if you are too you know what that means when it comes to servicing your car. I also know a thing or two about cars... so I know when I'm getting scammed or mistreated. Not only is the customer service excellent, the work quality and fast, but they are respectful, kind and courteous. Today I called because I am buying a new car. I asked about 10 questions. The gentleman who answered the phone was patient and kind and answered everything completely. He was very accommodating. Now they are first come, first serve and I want to bring the car in to have them look it over... he gave me lots of information about the best time to come in so I don't have to wait- what I should be wary of, things to be cognizant of, etc. He was extremely generous with his time and expertise. They are very dishonest people. They charge a lot of money and they don't even replace what they charge you for. Very dishonest people and very rude. If you are woman be very very careful. They charge a lot of money because they think woman are stupid and they don't understand that is going on with the cars. I brought my car and they charged $1,000. My father went to Muneer's for many years. I have been going to Muneers for many years. Extremely reliable, get the job done quickly, and professionally. The other day in the middle of a snow storm my truck was leaking power steering fluid. Moe had me pull into a bay within 15 minutes, they took care of the issue and off I went. Have been going here 10 years no issues. Tell me why I took my car there to get my some noise/brakes changed or whatever, paid $620 the noise is worse than it was before, took it back a few times and all they did was drive my car around and ask to pay at least $700 ?? Went in for an inspection sticker and had no issues. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

We just had our beloved Toyota Corolla repaired and it was running like a top. My Lady took it to Muneer's to get an inspection sticker and the poop hit the fan. As she drove away, she was stopped by the mechanic and told that there was white smoke coming from the engine and that she might be leaking coolant. The owner comes out and offers to have a "look" while she sat in his office (where she couldn't see what he was doing). After putting the car up on a lift and "inspecting" it, he announced that she had a leak in the power steering lines due to a couple of rusty clamps that "just gave out". He stated that he could fix it for her (of course) but didn't have any idea what it would cost. She declined, and with some difficulty steering, managed to get it home where I found an empty power steering reservoir and a hole (that wasn't there before) in one of the lines. Was it a co-incidence that, after passing AND paying for the State Inspection, the vehicle just sprung a leak right there in his inspection bay? It's possible, but not likely in my opinion. read more

I went there for an inspection,a heavy set guy maybe 35-40 years old said I needed a 3rd brake light bulb ,about 2 hours labor ,before the inspection, I said I'm not putting a bulb in it's not needed because both my brake lights work, he then proceeded to give me a rejection sticker, your taking a big chance going there for a sticker, they are trying to drum up business when they think they have you over a barrel, I went around the corner and got a sticker within 5 minutes. read more

Moe, Tony, Zee and all the other technicians are incredible...I have been taking my cars to this shop for almost 15 years....Very honest people, tells me exactly what needs to be done and even shows me the old parts he replaced....He is even willing to drive me back home until the car is done. Few times he even told me to bring my car back to the dealer, problem should still be under warranty....I have been looking for a used truck for my son who is getting his license soon, took a few vehicles by the shop, they were willing to look over the vehicles for me to see if I was getting good deals. They are the best! From Muneer to Tony, they are all super helpful and are there to make sure all your needs are taken car off and also that you do not drive away in an unsafe car. I have been going to them for 4 years and have sent all of my friends there and they all have continued to go as well. This is a family owned business that truly cares for their customers. I once mentioned my Aunt loved Jordan almonds and Zee who is from Jordan had a big box of them when he came back from Jordan, I never even hinted to wanting them and he refused to take my money.
