Right before the wedding, I decided to invest in this. So far, it's a decent experience. The staff is a hit or miss - sometimes, they're friendly and helpful and seem to know what they're doing. Or they're a bit unorganized and not very helpful at all. The most frustrating thing with them is their appointment system. It took a good 10 minutes on the phone before we could reschedule an appointment. It sounds like they're getting a lot of business and are super busy - here's a tip - hire more people to work those hours. This place can easily be passed up since it's dark and sorta in a strip mall without any signs outside. Compared to other laser centers, they come with a good guarantee but the price definitely shows - it's more expensive than other places and as for the results, same as other places.
